The open-plan living room comprises of a well-equipped kitchen area with modern appliances, as well as a bright and airy dining area for you to gather at mealtimes.

The contemporary sitting area has a stylish collection of furniture and benefits from views of the world famous Fistral Beach and the Newquay headland.

Watergate Bay can also be seen on a clear day.

The main bedroom has a king size bed and benefits from the same breathtaking views as the living room.

For added flexibility the second bedroom can be set up either as a super king size double or two single beds.

The interior is complete with a family bathroom, featuring all white fixings.

The whole family can enjoy quality time together in the outdoor pool, heated for your convenience and available in high season (usually from April until to the end of September.

The extensive and well maintained communal gardens are ideal for relaxing in or for children to safely play.

A short walk along the headland path, past the family friendly nine hole pitch and putt golf course, takes you to Lewinnick Lodge restaurant and bar, often described as one of the coolest places to visit in Cornwall.

Golfers can play on a Links golf course at Newquay golf club which backs on to Fistral Beach, non-members are welcome.

Take a short stroll together of an afternoon and admire the sandy beaches of Fistral and Crantock or discover one of the many attractions in Newquay town; such as the zoo or the sea life centre.

Should you wish to dine out for the evening or simply enjoy fish and chips on the harbour wall, you will find a selection of quality eateries to choose from.

The town of Padstow is an easy drive, offering its colourful harbour, further pubs and eateries, and a selection of shops to browse amidst a wonderful Cornish atmosphere.

Newquay is the home of the UK’s surf scene, boasting eleven beaches and over seven miles of golden sand, three major beaches, the National Surf Centre and an endless supply of rolling surf, making it a beachlovers and watersports paradise. The town, with its zoo, sea life centre and varied selection of restaurants and pubs, also promises a holiday to remember. For avid walkers, the South West Coast Path passes in both directions along a stunning coastline of high cliffs, hidden coves and yet more beaches. The quaint harbour and fishing village of Padstow is just 14 miles away, while Truro, with its museums, cathedral, restaurants, and cobbled streets, as well as the Eden Project, can be reached within a short drive. Picturesque St Ives and the Tate St Ives gallery is just a train ride away. In fact, because nothing in Cornwall is far from Newquay, it’s the perfect touring base.
