• "We had a fabulous week as a family staying in this beautiful home."

  Well equipped, modern with very comfortable beds. We stayed in autumn and never put the heating on once as it was so well insulated and cosy. Great walks everywhere and a sheltered beach to enjoy wonderful sunsets.

• "A truly wonderful place to stay."

  We visited with friends in mid-September, and it was everything we needed. Ideally located very close to Porth Beach (which is beautiful and lifeguarded), a very short drive or leisurely walk to Newquay and Fistral beaches (the latter ideal for surfing) and close to lots of restaurants, cafes, bars & shops. The house itself was very clean with incredible views. All the necessary amenities were there, and we didn't want for anything. Definitely recommend! We'll be returning!

• "What a find this house was!"

  Angie was a brilliant host who made sure we had everything we needed from start to finish. Location was amazing and the views were just incredible. We didn’t use the car for a week as we hopped on the coastliner which stops very close to the house for trips to Newquay and Padstow. We walked from the house to Lusty Glaze beach and Watergate Bay. Local beach (Porth) was on the doorstep and the children spent a few hours looking for crabs and treasures. We had the best week here with our family and will certainly be back for a stay at this beautiful house.

• "We recently stayed here in June for our dad’s 60th birthday and wow, the house was simply stunning!"

  In a great location, nearby lots of shops lovely beaches and lots of things to do, we even managed to see some beautiful sunsets right from the balcony. Angie was very helpful on the run up to our stay as well as whilst we were there and checked in on us afterwards, couldn’t have asked for a better host. We are already looking to return again next year, thanks very much.

• "Absolutely beautiful property with everything provided that you possibly need for your stay."

  The kitchen has plenty of everything to cater for all meals for 8 people. A balcony with fabulous views of the beach & sunset. Top quality laundry appliances. Comfy beds in all rooms. Great fluffy white towels. Lots of info provided re transport, restaurants, places to visit etc in the house. The beach is a 5 min walk away with a pub & cafes. Bus stops nearby. And Angie the owner was always at the end of the phone should we have needed her. We were a group of 8 friends celebrating birthdays and we all would recommend this house. Just fantastic xxx

• "It was great to have been contacted by Angie (the property owner) prior to our arrival date, and to be given advice on the accommodation and the area."

  The house was so relaxing we'd be tempted to move there if it went on sale! The whole family enjoyed our week long stay - greatly helped by Angie's suggested places to visit. This is one of those places you don't want to recommend, because it'll reduce your chances of booking it again. We'll done Angie on making the place so special and inviting.

  The best yet. The owner's hospitality was wonderful. The home is luxurious. We had the fluffiest of fluffy towels, a cute space laid out for the dog, a fantastic kitchen to cook in, heavenly showers, comfy beds, great decor. Just divine.

• "A beautiful, modern property with high spec furnishings in a stunning setting."

  Sunset views to die for. Great location on the coastal road between Newquay and Watergate Bay. Lovely coastal walks but on the coastal bus route too. Had a great time. We will be back. Thank you to our hosts for all the helpful information before and during our stay.

• "A delightful property very well equipped and maintained."

  Very close to lovely beach and cliff path. Although on a busy road it has good double glazing and closeness to Coaster bus stop is a real advantage for those without regular car access. Owner very welcoming and helpful. One of the best Cornish properties we have stayed in.

• "An amazing house, in a superb location, with views that are just as they are in the pictures."

  We were a party of 7 and dog and the house was very spacious with all the facilities we could need. We just had to cross the road for the beach or lovely headland walks. Angie, the owner, has great taste and the house is decorated and furnished immaculately. The local area is lovely and I would imagine perfect if you have small children, but equally good for us older ones. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, and more. Angie was helpful before, during, and after, and no request was too big or too small. We hope to be back as soon as we can.

• "Beautiful property in a stunning location overlooking the beach."

  Worth the booking for the view of the amazing sunsets from the living room window! House was immaculate with every detail to make it feel comfortable, plus a great teenage den/ cinema room downstairs. Fab that we could also bring along our dog - we had the best walks along the beach every day, thanks for leaving out a dog bed and bowl for them too! Porth Beach was lovely, great coffees and shopping at Roo's, horse riding at Perranporth Beach not to be missed and Emily's at Watergate Bay is always amazing. House owner was super helpful suggesting restaurants and walks, thanks for a great week!

• "We had an amazing stay at Porth Beach House."

  Even though it was December we made full use of the lovely balcony and those stunning views! Very impressed that it’s dog friendly, and a lovely touch to have a water bowl and mat laid out ready when we arrived. Milk in the fridge too, which was most appreciated after a long drive. I would highly recommend the house. Porth beach is steps away, with so much else to do right on your door step. A wonderful place to base yourself for Cornish adventures.

• "We have just returned home after staying in this superb house for a week with our 3 children."

  The house itself is immaculate. It’s light, spacious, airy and SO comfortable. (It even smells delicious). The owners really have thought of everything and couldn’t have been more helpful during our stay. You know sometimes you arrive at your holiday home and your heart sinks because it doesn’t look or feel like the photos, well that wasn’t the case with this house. It’s absolutely beautiful! The location is perfect, the beach is just seconds away and the views with your morning coffee, evening gin and tonic are to die for. Lusty Glaze beach is a 10 minute stroll is particularly special. We arrived home well rested, refreshed and we can’t wait to go back. Thanks for everything.

• "The property exceeded our expectations."

  It was spacious, beautifully decorated and had some interesting art work on the walls. The view was amazing and we loved to sit on the balcony in the morning with a coffee . Wrapped up well on the wet and blustery days we watched in awe at the swimmers in the sea. The house was really well equipped and had everything we needed. • "What a fantastic break!"

  ! This is a stunning property which makes you feel at home the minute you walk through the door!! The view captures you as soon as you walk in and you can’t help but open the sliding doors and take it all in. The open plan layout makes for a really sociable stay and the high spec kitchen makes pottering around and cooking a real joy. The view from the balcony is spectacular, whatever the time of day - your morning cuppa watching the early dog walkers on the beach, or the kids desperate to make to make their first sandcastle, the families enjoying time together during the day, to the stunning sunsets in the evenings with the final ramblers coming over the hill or those trying to catch the last waves of the day. In terms of location, the beach is a stones throw away with a pub, restaurant, coffee shops all within walking distance. Main supermarkets are just a short drive away. Newquay and watergate bay are just a very short drive away with so much more to explore if you want to go further afield. I could talk about this property and the amazing time we had all night but hoping I’ve covered the basics! Angie was also an amazing host and provided us with lots of info on the local area as well as suggestions for our birthday celebration whilst we were there! I cannot recommend Angie and her beautiful home enough - we are already looking at dates for our return! Thank you again for allowing us to share your stunning home!

• "This home is the perfect spot for a family beach holiday, and the hosts were incredible in every respect."

  The house is brand new, and immaculately clean. The home is just steps from Porth Beach, which is one of the most beautiful beaches we've visited (and we've been to a lot of beaches around the World). Our kids were happy to spend hours swimming in the shallow waves. The beach views from the living room and front deck, especially with the slider windows open were amazing. There are incredible walking trails on the nearby headlands, with two more stunning beaches just a short walk away. There is also a great little shop for coffee on the beach. The hosts reached out before our stay to send us loads of helpful information about the area attractions, restaurants and activities, and were reachable on a moment's notice (we of course didn't need anything because the house was perfect). We only wish we had spent more time there, and we hope to get back for a holiday again soon!!

• "A beautiful, well equipped house in a great setting."

  It's a brand new build in immaculate condition. The owners clearly love the area and were generous with sharing tips and hints to enjoy our time there, from restaurant options to beach short cuts! We went as a group of 6 plus dog, and there is lots of room in the house to relax in your own space or to gather together. The sunset views over Porth beach from the balcony and huge glass-fronted lounge window are very special, and there's some nice attention to detail (like a properly equipped kitchen) that make a difference too. Porth is fairly quiet, and busier Newquay town is also an enjoyable 30 minute walk away (or short drive) along the coast. It was easy to enjoy our stay here, a lovely house, thanks very much.
