  • "Would be better if there was at least 2parking spaces"

  • "Penthouse 23 is a lovely modern and spacious apartment."

It has all you could ever need, is comfortable, homely and has a sea view from every window - this includes spectacular views over Fistral beach and a balcony that looks out to the sea and the river estuary. The pool table was a fun addition to our stay. It’s about a 30 minutes walk into town which didn’t bother us as we like walking. The only issue for us was that the fridge freezer had broken, which I know can happen, but this left us with a much smaller fridge for our 2 week stay and it didn’t fit a lot in. Overall we had an amazing 2 weeks, relaxing in the apartment and enjoying Newquay and surrounding areas.

  • "The property was a wow factor when we opened the door , such a beautiful place we can not fault anything at all ."

Everything modern and everything you could think of too . The only thing we could possibly say would be the parking but once I had parked a few times it was ok . It is a shame the visitors parking couldn’t be put where 23 is as we didn’t see anyone on those slots all week . This property is simply amazing we would definitely go back in a heartbeat

  • "We had a lovely time and enjoyed our stay."

Everything was clean and so spacious. Really great location for walking to the beach at crantock or fistral. The only thing to consider is the parking space provided is so tight we couldn’t get our vehicle in it - transit custom. Also the stairs up mean you need to carry all your luggage up.

  • "The property was first class."

Everything that we could have ever wanted was provided. The only very small problem we had was with the key safe , it has lost its number. We had to try another one first.

  • "Nice property and enjoyed our stay."

In the main bedroom with the en suite/games room a lot of light comes into the room in the early hours, particularly as the roof light has no cover/blind to draw. The window blind is quite lightweight too so maybe some Improvements to bedroom blinds/curtains required.

  • "The property was amazing."

The penthouse was massive. Every room was spacious and well planned out. We enjoyed the games room, the views, the comfort. My house felt small when we got home. There was nothing I didn't like about the place. It was the nicest apartment I have ever stayed at and would recommend it to anyone. Thank you for letting us stay at your Penthouse.

Thank you so much for your feedback. Really pleased to hear that you enjoyed your stay at Penthouse 23 Property Owner

  • "The apartment was luxurious, very well equipped and in a great location."

Everything was as described and we really enjoyed our stay. There were a few minor details that could have been better - the parking space was a bit tight to get a family car in, there was no where to plug in my electric toothbrush and the light tunnel in the master bedroom woke me up earlier than I would have liked but none of these would stop me from staying again!

Thank you for your feedback, which we always welcome, and we are pleased to hear you enjoyed your stay. I am sorry that you missed the electric socket in the bathroom cabinet for your toothbrush. With regard to the parking, our bay is actually larger than the average parking space so we were surprised to hear that you found it tight. We look forward to welcoming you again in the future!
