  • "Great location and parking."

Lovely spacious rooms. Had to look for info for WiFi etc as no folder together which I felt should be out and available. Just needed a shower mat in the bath for shower as slip hazard. Rooms very clean and lovely but Only negative was the musty smell in the kitchen cupboard which I needed to wash glasses etc before used.

  • "We had a lovely stay in Little Sark, we found the cottage to be clean and spacious with everything we needed."

We particularly appreciated the dishwasher tablets, coffee pods, and washing pods! The location is great for exploring the area and walking down the steep hill to the village centre. It was very handy to have beach chairs and a bbq available. If I were to suggest any improvements we struggled a bit for storage in the master bedroom. A chest of drawer and more coat hangers would help.

Thank you so much for your comments. We love hearing just how much you enjoyed your stay! Hopefully we can welcome you back again in the future. - John Bray Cornish Holidays on behalf of the owner. Property Owner

  • "Cottage clean and tidy but a little shabby in places."

Settee wasn't very comfortable and it's a shame the heated towel rails were turned off as the first few days were wet and it would have been good to have nice warm towels. Other than that, lovely location and everything needed was supplied.

I am glad you found the cottage clean and tidy. I understand from John Bray that one of the armchair covers was stained by the previous guests. Unfortunately we weren't informed until the middle of the week of your stay. We have spare covers for the chairs and asked that the damaged one was replaced. Apologies for the chair looking shabby We try so hard to replace and repair anything brought to our attention. I really hope it didn't detract from the enjoyment of your holiday and would be delighted if you returned to Little Sark. Property Owner

  • "Little Sark is the ideal property to base yourself for visiting other locations as well as exploring Port Isaac itself."

It was very well equipped and the little extras supplied were a nice touch. One reason for booking this was the convenience of the parking space at the front of the property. We met the owners on arrival who were very friendly and helpful. Our only suggestion to improve the experience would be for a few extra towels. We did wash some but the weather wasn't the best for drying. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone for a comfortable stay. Thank you.

Thank you for your kind comments regarding your stay at Little Sark. We look forward to welcoming you back very soon. John Bray Cornish Holidays on behalf of the owners Property Owner

  • "Slight negatives first:~ The WiFi password needs to be updated in the information booklet and email prior to your stay in the property as it is now Vodaphone and NOT a BT Hub Could the Caretakers/Houskeepers/Cleaners do a quick check on working lights as we had to report the main light not working in the front bedroom."

I do appreciate that the staff are busy, however if 4 people were to be staying in the property there would be no main light if they chose to use it. Positives for us:~ This is the 3rd time we have stayed in Little Sark and it's our " Home from Home" for the week. Everything is there that is needed from Bedding, Towels, Dog Bowls to Fire Wood and a Lovely Welcome Bag. We've found it comfortable and clean each time we've stayed, and hope to stay again. Many Thanks for allowing us to stay in Little Sark, our "Home from Home"

Thank you for taking the time to feedback on your stay at Little Sark. Thank you for bringing to our attention that the WiFi password was out of date. we will rectify this. It's great to hear you had such a fabulous stay. We look forward to welcoming you back next year to north Cornwall.- John Bray Cornish Holidays on behalf of the owner. Property Owner

  • "Little Sark is a lovely cottage on a quiet road with parking directly outside."

It has sea views from both bedrooms. The beds were very comfortable and the facilities were good. However, what let it down was the cleanliness. When we arrived at 4pm there was a lady from John Brays in the property who said that she was checking the cleaner’s work. When we got into the property we noted that the majority of surfaces both downstairs and in the bedrooms were very dusty, some of which didn’t seem like they had been dusted for a while, and it didn’t have a “clean” smell. On our first night we ended up mopping and sweeping the floor and found clumps of dog hair, which proved that it hadn’t been cleaned properly.

Thank you for leaving your feedback following your stay at Little Sark, It is great to hear that you enjoyed the property itself. We can only apolagise for the issues with the cleanliness of the property, your feedback has been passed onto our housekeeping manager, they will ensure this is followed up with the cleaner. – John Bray Cornish Holidays on behalf of the owner.
