  • "We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday in no 12."

I would suggest that there could be alternative cushion covers for the sofas as there were some dirty marks on the seating cushions when we arrived. This did not detract from our enjoyment, just not what I would expect for the amount paid. Can I also suggest some more teaspoons and a slotted spoon for the kitchen. Thank you.

Thank you so much for your feedback. We are so glad that you enjoyed your stay and would love to welcome you back anytime in the future. All suggestions/comments can be viewed by the property owner so these are appreciated. - John Bray Cornish Holidays on behalf of the owner. Property Owner

  • "The property is really lovely and well appointed."

We have stayed in almost all of the slipways over the last 3 decades, and this is one of our favourites. The only ever-so-slight negative was the wine fridge didn’t seem to work, but we managed! ;-)

Thank you so much for your comments. We love hearing just how much you enjoyed your stay! Hopefully we can welcome you back again in the future. - John Bray Cornish Holidays on behalf of the owner. Property Owner

  • "The views are lovely and generally its a nice house."

However what let it down were the bathrooms and in particular the showers which were very poor and in the end we left one day early partly due to the weather but also due to the showers being so poor.

Thank you for taking the time to feedback on your stay. We're very sorry that you had to experience these issues. I have passed your comments about the showers to maintenance, and they will investigated. - John Bray Cornish Holidays on behalf of the owner.. Property Owner

  • "The skylight in the upstairs loo appears to be broken and stays open."

OK when the weather is fine, not so good when it's wet and windy. Power shower a little weak but otherwise a great stay

Thank you for your comments. We will investigate these with the maintenance team. We hope you enjoyed your stay regardless of these and would love to welcome you back in the future. - John Bray Cornish Holidays on behalf of the owner. Property Owner
