Enjoy family mealtimes at the dining table, or head out to the rear courtyard and embrace the fresh sea air with a barbecue dinner.

The courtyard is also equipped with a hot and cold water unit with additional handheld unit, allowing you the space to rinse the sand off you and your furry friend after a day at the beach.

When sleep calls, the ground-floor bedroom offers a king-size bed, that can also be set as a twin on request, along with a 50 inch Smart TV, a welcome addition when you need a lazier morning.

Climbing up the stairs three more bedrooms welcome the rest of your party to rest; a king-size, a double and a master that boasts a super-king-size.

In summer evenings, the Pavillion here comes to life with live music and a pop up bar selling alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

You'll be spoilt for choice when choosing restaurants, pubs and cafés, and there's also the irresistible Newquay Golf Club for any avid golfers and the Newquay Zoo for the animal lovers in your group.

If you would like to try some of the best coffee in the area, then head to Pavillion Café or ChouKette both just a short stroll away .

The local favourite fish and chips shop, Flounders, is just 4 mins walk away if you fancy an evening meal at the seaside.

Travelling along the coast, there are coves, viewpoints and more sandy beaches for miles, with charming villages and towns such as Crantock, West Pentire, and Mawgan Porth to stop at on the way.

South West Coast Path is just around the corner, leading you to the famous Fistral Beach.
