Very comfortable and well equipped. Although it is off the main road along little Cornish lanes for a couple of miles, it wasn't a problem at all. We thought the local village pub was such an interesting and historic building and the menu was very good.

Beautiful views, and lovely hearing and seeing the sheep. The owners are friendly and helpful, but not at all intrusive. Cream tea on arrival was such a welcome,as was the birthday card and flowers later in the week. Plenty of space for myself,my husband, teenage daughter and our little dog. Lovely walks, and so much to do. Beautiful beaches just a 15min drive away. The Old Byre is definitely a 5 star option. Cannot recommend highly enough.

The owners made us very welcome and nothing was too much trouble for them when we mentioned a small problem with the door out onto the garden in the one bedroom. They are rightly proud of their farm and happily introduced us to their farm animals. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a quiet, relaxing break with plenty of walking routes directly from the farm.
