"This property was ideal for our family."
Great rural location, yet not too far from key areas. The property was very well presented and very well stocked (unlike various other properties we’ve been to). We would definitely recommend and will likely return!

The middle of the living space is split by stairs, leading down to two stylish bedrooms; one super-king bed with a TV, elephant tapestry and a yellow theme making a homely space to escape to at the end of a long day and one king-size bed with ample storage and a TV so you can make yourself feel right at home, also both these rooms come with a contemporary en-suite shower room so you can freshen up in style.

The pretty little village of Mawnan Smith is located near the mouth of the Helford River in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, and is home to a traditional pub, a restaurant, a church and a handful of shops.
The surrounding area is perfect for ramblers, with an abundance of creekside and woodland walks, subtropical gardens at Glendurgan and Trebah, and the opportunity for kayaking, sailing and fishing at The Helford River.
Within driving distance is the maritime town of Falmouth which is a popular resort, with a range of shops and restaurants, bowling alley and the National Maritime Museum, as well as being nearby the beautiful Pendennis Castle and two breathtaking sandy beaches.
Enterprise Boats offer trips up the River Fal from Falmouth to Truro, passing iconic maritime locations and landmarks as well as several ocean-going vessels which anchor in the river, or you can take the ferry from Helford Passage to Helford Village to explore.
