"Cottage exactly as advertised and met totally with our hopes in all aspects."
Thank you Sykes for assisting us in having a lovely holiday which we thoroughly enjoyed. Please pass on our sincere thanks to Gary and Sue at Little Barn for exceeding our expectations.

"Owners Sue and Gary were fabulous."
They were friendly and helpful and went above and beyond to accommodate us. Potential guests should not be fooled by the title “barn.” The house has been lovingly restored and created to feel very homey. Given the quiet and remote area, you will need a car to explore the Cotwolds. Work with the owners to adjust the temperature of the home.

"Loved the property , only minor criticism is cooking facilities could be improved ."

"A lovely, well appointed accommodation in a beautiful rural area within easy reach of local facilities."
A thoughtful welcome pack of wine & assortment of snacks & dips on table. A dog bowl, towel and blanket inside door. Owner extremely helpful & pleasant but not intrusive. A field, which had a circulate pathway cut through the long grass, immediately behind barn for walking dog. Plenty of pleasant rural walks available from the property or within short drive. Would recommend. Would gladly return.

"We have been to quite a few Sykes holiday lets and this property is definitely up there with the best."
The property is laid out just as we would have done if we had owned it,the open plan living area is comfortable and warm and the kitchen area is well laid out and furnished with lots of cooking pots and pans and the utensils are plentiful and spotless. The bedrooms are spacious and we'll furnished with lots of wardrobe space and comfortable beds, the toilet and shower room is modern and even though we are bath people we found the shower was great. Outside the small garden was enough and the constant supply of bird good ensured an abundance of birds. The owners were very welcoming and were keen to ensure our stay was pleasant. As and when we return to revisit the area we shall look to see if Little Barn is available.
Thank you for your comments we would love to see you back again. Property Owner

"Just had a fabulous stay at Little Barn."
Very well equipped spacious property. There was four adults on our trip and all enjoyed our stay. The beds are lovely and comfortable and clean. The wildlife from the kitchen and living room windows was lovely to watch. However it was the little things which made the difference like the lovely welcome goodies (especially the cookies!) that make all the difference. Would definitely recommend this property and would definitely consider staying again if in the vicinity.
Thank you for your lovely comments we are glad you enjoyed your stay. Property Owner

"Many thanks for your exceptional hospitality."
A lovely place from which to explore a beautiful part of the country. We were especially impressed by the myriad of bird life in the garden, as well as the atmosphere and ambiance of the local pubs, serving very competent ‘pub-grub’ and tasty ales. Excellent.
Glad you you had a great time at Little Barn. Property Owner
