"Great house in amazing location."
Great to have the parking on site. House had all facilities we needed. Loved the Christmas trees and decorations and that the heating was on when we arrived - felt so homely. Would definitely stay again when in Bath.
-
"House is excellent."
Fantastic location. Less than 10 minutes walk into the centre of Bath and 3 parking spaces to leave your car in. Cleaners do a great job - house was immaculate. All five stars. A great weekend was had by all. Would recommend to anyone thinking of a stay in Bath.
-
"We loved staying in your house, beautifully clean and well equipped."
Parking behind was a real bonus.Central for shopping and visiting Bath. A wonderful break for all,our family, thank you.
-
"Everything we wanted ."
. great location for Bath, lots of space for 9 of us over 5 bedrooms, kitchen well equipped with plenty of crockery and cutlery, comfortable large dining table with chairs, separate comfortable lounge, free parking, short walk to a park with big play area. An unreserved recommendation from us. Sainsbury's supermarket 5 minutes walk if you follow Google Maps.

"The comms from Sykes was excellent, regarding reminders, property info etc."
The property was great in location and ease of use. Excellent to have parking. We only used it to sleep in, apart from one breakfast. The crockery plates need to be replaced asap. rather old and scratched. There isn't a "corner shop" nearby, so a welcome pint of milk in the fridge would have been appreciated.

"This house was a very good location for visiting Bath."
It had everything we needed for a great stay.
-
"This is a lovely house in a fantastic location - we would highly recommend it."
Bath is a gorgeous city and we really enjoyed our week there.
-
"A great property centrally located and easy to find."
Downstairs area particularly comfortable with a great kitchen. Just the bin situation at the end of our stay did not make to much sense but that was probably us !! Thanks
-
"What a fantastic location and so close to a large supermarket."
It would have been nice to have some DVDs and board games there. The only down side to the accomodation was being on a noisy road so you couldnt have the windows open at the front. Some of the blinds were stuck or not working and none of the clocks worked. The outdoor space could do with a spruce up .
-
"Lovely spacious house for a group weekend away."
Location was perfect for exploring Bath with everything only a short walk away. Sink in one of the bathrooms wouldn’t drain properly, a few mouldy areas in the shower and some of the kitchen equipment could do with a bit of an update. Overall a great weekend!

"Kitchen bin lid broken."
There is a snail trail and ants on the lounge carpet . The tv remotes need new batteries or need replacing as they were fairly unresponsive. Clocks not working. Top floor sink blocked and sink light bulb needs changing. Bulb in bedroom cupboard not working.
-
"Lovely big house with lots of bedrooms and bathrooms which made it perfect for our big group."
Excellent location in the centre of Bath. Kitchen had everything we needed pots and pans-wise to cook a few meals for the ten of us. However, it would have been nice to have some basic supplies provided - such as hand soap in the bathroom and some tea and coffee.
-
"Very nice stay, thank you."
-
"A very comfortable place for 10 people to stay."
Great location being so close to The Crescent and the Circus and just a short walk into town. Kitchen was very well equipped. Supermarket only 5 mins away. The lounge was cosy and warm on a cold winters night.
-
"Excellent location, the house was cosy and spacious."
However, some point to note the TV remote controls / batteries low and did not always work. The top floor sink did not drain away, the bedside lamp did not work and probably needed a new bulb, the clock in the dining room had stopped, there was only a 2 slice toaster and 1 hairdryer for a 5 bed house. We’ve stayed at several U.K. cottages for the same cost which provided hand sanitizer & a basket of basic necessities like milk, bread, biscuits, however not this cottage.
-
"Spacious and everything you need!"
-
"Lovely big house, however for the price we paid it would be nice for the property to provide coffee, tea, sugar, milk etc."
We have stayed in much more hospitable properties in Bath who even provided a welcome hamper with bread, eggs etc. to keep us going. Unlikely to stay here again due to this, sadly, as other properties in Bath are cheaper and provide more.
-
"A great house, clean, comfortable and a very central position."
Great to have plenty of crockery and cooking equipment for the number of people the house could sleep and more Nice that there was washing up liquid and dishwasher tabs supplied as well as toilet rolls. Can’t really fault it.

"Wonderful property."
Comfy beds, lovely facilities. The parking spots are a God send.

"Excellent Holiday home"

"Had a fantastic weekend at this property."
Beds were so soft and comfortable. Court yard secure and not overlooked. The parking was also an advantage especially as we were going to the Buble concert on the Saturday. I would certainly use it again if I was staying in Bath. Only thing that needed to improve was that the main TV was not linked up to the Internet so you couldn't watch Nexflic etc which was fine for us as we didn't need it but if kids were in the group then may have been an issue. Get this sorted and the property is 100% perfect.

"33 Crescent Gardens provides a comfortable, clean and thoroughly practical opportunity to stay in Bath and discover the sights of the city and explore further to all points of interest within 30 miles."
We were a mixed age party of six and found the house a very suitable base just six minutes’ walk from the attractions of the city centre with the benefit of two ample parking spaces in such a central location. Do not miss the Roman Baths and the Tootbus bus tour. Outside Bath Tyntesfield, Lacock, Cheddar, Bristol and Chepstow are attractive and accessible locations. Perhaps a welcome pack about local information would be useful.

"This is a nice house and convenient to Bath."
Well equipped and comfortable too ! The beds are a little tight and with the raised ends not great for tall people. Overall for a few days in Bath very good.
-
"Absolutely fantastic."
The photos didn't do it justice the property is actually better than the photos made it look. We were so surprised and happy it was amazing. Only negative every clock had the wrong time or didn't work maybe get some new batteries :) :) But everything else was amazing. Thanks.

"Stayed here as a group of 10 friends."
Lovely big house, very clean and comfortable. Great location too all attractions in bath. Good communication from owner. Highly recommend

"Already sent the following to the owner."
“just wanted to say a quick thanks for sorting out the couple of issues at the start of the week. We had a great time in Bath and the house was fabulous - great location & lovely city”
-
"This house was perfect…."
Clean modern furnishings with a warm homely feeling. There was nothing I would find fault with. Only a few minutes walk from the town centre and parking at the rear of the property. Only 4 of us shared the house although with 5 double bedrooms and a large sofa bed it would comfortably accommodate 12. I would certainly stay again and highly recommend the house and the service provided.
-
"100% reccomended."

"We had a fantastic stay this weekend."
The house was beautiful, well kept, clean and spacious and had everything we needed and more. Only small detail, We could’ve done with a bigger bin with the amount of us staying as we were constantly emptying the small one provided, but everything was perfect. The house is situation in a great location, with everything just a few minutes away.

"A group of ten of us stayed at this property."
There's parking for 3 cars at the back of the house, and Bath centre is an easy five minute walk (good if you are travelling by train too). There are 5 bedrooms, two double and three singles, 4 loos and 3 showers. Towels included. Everything in the house is clean and tidy. It's a great place, smart and relaxing, cosy but spacious. Matt was easily contactable when we had a question. I'd definitely stay here again.

"We had a lovely stay in Bath as a group of 9."
The house was ideally suited for convenient access to the city centre and we had enough space to not be falling over each other. Sadly (due to the weather) we weren't able to utilise the outdoor table / courtyard but we enjoyed gathering round the dining table most nights. The level of communication from Sykes was ideal and the house had everything we needed in it (including a large fridge/freezer which was very useful!). We would definitely use Sykes again!
-
"Plenty of space for a mixed age group to do there own thing if needed."
Near all Bath facilities .
-
"Great location to walk into centre of Bath and for routes out of Bath if going on days out."
Very spacious house with many facilities including parking.
-
"We had an excellent holiday."
The house was beautiful and within easy walking distance of the centre of Bath. It was spacious, clean and comfortable, and everything we needed was provided. The off-street parking was much-appreciated. We would definitely recommend this property and would have no hesitation in staying there again.
-
"After initial mix up over booked dates, owners and yourselves sorted misunderstanding."
Everything was ok then
-
"Access information needed to include how to reach the parking for the accommodation."
A defunct keypad by the door distracted us from finding the key safe which was located to the side of a drainpipe. Aside from the initial difficulties of access, 33 Crescent Road was a wonderful location for celebrating my 70th birthday and the new year with 11 family members. The huge kitchen/ diner was perfect for socialising, and being so close to Bath centre and the Victoria park meant that playgrounds, walks, shops, pubs and restaurants were there to cater for all our wishes.

"The house is beautiful, great location, clean, and very spacious."
Unfortunately we had hopped that given the house sleeps 12 that there would be enough of one type of glass for 12. There were only 10 champagne glasses. There was also a beep of an alarm which went off every two minutes, however given we didn't really notice until gone 11pm we didn't think it would be right to call anyone, but unfortunately the guests didn't sleep well. That said, it suited our requirements and overall everyone was very happy.

"We had an excellent experience using Sykes- both from the booking of the property which was made very easy over the phone, and subsequently the house itself."
It was the perfect getaway for a girly weekend- the photos really do not do this place justice! The owner of the house contacted us in advance to make sure everything was alright and gave us directions regarding parking which was most helpful. On arrival, the house was spotlessly clean, bright and airy with a wonderful open kitchen/dining space which was perfect for our group. The kitchen was exceptionally well kitted out which meant catering for 10 people was easy. There were thoughtful touches left for us such as bread and milk which was appreciated on arrival. We had lovely weather so were lucky enough to make use of the courtyard which was a very nice space for eating and drinking. The beds were very comfortable and despite the relatively busy road outside the windows were thick enough that it was quiet indoors so we all slept really well. All in all this was a wonderful weekend and we would definitely stay at the property again.
