• "Lovely property in a great location."

  Within easy reach of many of the Cotswold Villages, National Trust properties and Historic Houses. Great base for some lovely walks too. The property is cosy and well equipped and the owner was very friendly and helpful.

• "Set in a very quiet location in an unspoilt Cotswold village, Temple Mews provided ideal accommodation for a family 70th birthday celebration."

  Having everything on one level was ideal for our 17th-month old granddaughter. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds very comfortable. The owners were very friendly and helpful and provided some much appreciated goodies for our arrival.

• "Me, my wife, and 3 year old son recently had a wonderful time at Temple Mews."

  Very clean and well presented, and had all the things that we needed to self cater. Very convenient and beautiful location to access a lot of local villages and we even took advantage of the location and jumped on the nearby train to visit Oxford. Very much looking forward to coming back!

• "Ok so this was the most magical experience i have ever experienced + because i was on my own Peter + Trish made me feel really welcome + the cottage was perfect the bed was well comfy the whole cottage was clean pristine how i like it so i kept it clean + if you needed anything Peter is always there to help what a Delightful man he is i didn't see Trish because she was poorly but Hope she gets well soon before Christmas."

• "Trish and Peter were amazing hosts!"

  The cottage was beautifully decorated, fully equipped and very clean. The roses on the table and our national flag were personal touches which we truly appreciated. The area is quite but very reachable to Stow on the Wold with Tesco on the way. Will surely recommend this stay.

• "The apartment is right in the middle of the Cotswolds and an ideal base for visiting the wonderful towns and villages nearby."

  The place is really unspoilt and the village that the apartment is in is beautiful and a stone's throw from Stow-on-the-Wold which has a mix of old fashioned shops and a modern supermarket for provisions. The apartment is big enough for a small family and the owners ensure that you have everything you need including some food and drink when you arrive. The owners live next door to Temple Mews so are on hand for any queries and are lovely, friendly people. The apartment is spotlessly clean and comfortable. The listing stated that there is a bath but there is a shower although this was not a problem for us. We would definitely recommend Temple Mews and hope to return in the future.

• "A lovely, well-designed and well-appointed flat just outside Stow and ideally placed for visiting (by car) many of the major Cotswold attractions."

  (For the poetically-minded, Adlestrop is a mile or two down the road.) The flat is reached by quite steep outdoor steps, so not suitable for the less able, but we had no problem. The cooker has an induction hob which which I wasn't familiar, but instructions for all appliances are in a kitchen drawer. Wi-fi reception was better than at home! The owners, Mr and Mrs Skea, were very pleasant and had left some very welcome food supplies and bottle of white wine for us. (There is also a large Tesco at Stow.) We enjoyed our stay and should be happy to return.
