The owner has gone to a lot of trouble to give us a very clean, comfortable holiday cottage. Thank You.

"Excellent Cosy Cottage in an ideal location for visiting the Cotswolds."
Welcome package of items , including toiletries best we have experienced. Excellent pubs in Village, if slightly expensive, with good menus. Nice local shop for all your needs if you don't want to go out or the weather is unfavourable. Would certainly use again if it was available when we revisit the area.
-
"A happy holiday in a beautiful area, the bungalow was just perfect a real home from home to return to at the end of each days outings."
-
"We had a wonderful stay for a week at this property."
We have never stayed anywhere which had such great facilities and extras. It's highly maintained and very clean. It's location is great, with lots of places to visit close by. We would recommend this property without hesitation and hope to return in the future.

"Well appointed property plus welcome extras."

"Just stayed at this lovely bungalow for two weeks."
Very comfortable, clean and very well equipped with everything you need (and more!). We have been self catering for our holidays for many years and have to say that what was left for a Welcome Pack was unbelievable. The owner, Don, is very friendly and helpful. We had to contact him during our stay and he was absolutely brilliant and nothing was too much trouble. Would thoroughly recommend staying at this property.

"We were very impressed by the cottage - pristine cleanliness , very well equipped, good position, lovely outdoor space and furniture (didn't use the BBQ which was there)."
If this is the typical standard of Sykes properties, it is very impressive.

-

"A wonderfully comfortable and well equipped bungalow with everything you could possibly need to enjoy a good stay."
It is furnished to a high standard and is immaculately clean. The owner really has gone the extra mile, and has thought of everything. Also provided is a marvellous welcome package. Mickleton is a charming Cotswold village with a great sense of community. It’s location is ideal for visiting so many interesting National Trust houses and gardens, not forgetting Stratford-upon-Avon and the Royal Shakespeare Theatre. We can certainly recommend the bungalow in this feedback and to our family and friends. We hope to return again soon. Jane and Peter

"A lovely holiday retreat."
Immaculate, spotlessly clean. The kitchen contains everything one could possibly want. The decoration and furniture are first class and has been done with thought and attention. The welcome items much appreciated. Heating is excellent. A really good position for visiting the tourist spots. Situated in a very pleasant village which has grocery and butchers shop plus eating venues. Hope to return in 2024.

"This property was everything listed and more."
We were very comfortable, the wifi and streaming services were great, the garden is large and well kept and the owner couldn't have been more helpful in our stay. We will be back!
-
"I booked this bungalow for my husbands birthday as part of his 85th."
We both found the accommodation an excellent choice. Situated in quiet road just off the main village street and close to a well stocked store and excellent hotel and pubs. Near are Hidcote and Kiftsgate Gardens as well as being very close to. Stratford. We found it ideal Cotswold retreat away from the hubbub of the main attractions. We will certainly book this property again.

We felt that everything was first class, linen, furniture, beds, kitchen and bathroom were immaculate. Lovely garden furniture and private area to sit out in. No complaints whatsoever. Thank you to the owner!

"We had a wonderful stay at 3 Granbrook Lane in Mickleton."
The house was very well furnished, very clean, and a perfect home away from home. The owner was very responsive and helpful when we contacted him. Mickleton was a relaxing town to stay in, much less busy than many of the larger Cotswold towns we visited. Plus, it was a convenient location to access all the wonderful sights in the area. We were very happy that we chose this comfortable holiday let!
-

"Great location & property."
Very clean & well organized & equipped. it was kind of the owner to leave some essentials & also to inform us we could have checked in early if we wanted. Would def recommend & stay again if we were to return to the area.

"The thick mat in the hall made it slightly difficult to open the inner front door."
Our choice would be slightly thinner, but it is even more difficult to be critical of a well presented accommodation. Everything else was most suitable for our requirements and expectations.

Everything was spotlessly clean and well presented. The welcome pack of food and all the toiletries were so thoughtful and really appreciated and so unexpected. "A fantastic base for Christmas in the Cotswolds."
We had everything we needed including all the kitchen gear required to cook a family Christmas dinner. Well situated for all the places we wished to visit (from Castle Combe, Gloucester, Burford to Kenilworth Castle and loads of places in between). Thanks very much, not only your great property but also for the special touches like the Christmas tree and big box of chocolates under it, helped make this Australian families Christmas in the Cotswolds very special.
