  • "We had a wonderful stay at Park view."

The location was perfect in an elevated position overlooking the valley and the horse field at the back, with the Common and its resident cows at the front! Close to lots of pretty villages and towns with wonderful walks on the doorstep. The property was pristine and very well appointed, making it the perfect base for our one week stay. The owners were very friendly and approachable, and on hand if needed. We absolutely loved it here and would love to return one day.

  • "We had a wonderful holiday at Park View!"

The neighbors, owners, were incredibly friendly and helpful. The holiday home was extremely comfortable and that was also nice on the few rainy mornings. Everything was thought of and available, coffee, tea, sugar, etc., but also hand soap, shower soap, towels, bed linen, think of it, it was there!! Very good kitchen and bathroom. Nice terras and view on the extraordonary Common. Centrally located to visit beautiful nature and nice towns and villages. We had a wonderful holiday. Many thanks Debbie and Rod!

  • "Beautifully presented cottage with large parking area - nice to have keysafe in convenient position with key easy to remove and clearly marked rubbish and recycling bins."

Loved the little kitchen area ( with all the manuals to hand) and the easy to use walk-in shower.

  • "Lovely little place to stay to explore the surrounding area."

The owners live next door and were so friendly. The place has only just been completed (to a very high standard) and we were only the second couple to stay there, hence the lack of reviews available.

  • "We had a lovely week at the newly listed Park View Everything in the cottage was brand new and very tastefully decorated and has everything one could wish for."

It is well equipped, very clean and extremely comfortable. It is situated in a lovely area with views of the open countryside. On arrival there was tea , coffee , sugar and milk and a little chocolate treat. Just what one needs after a long journey. We found the travel map very useful for helping us choose some lovely villages to visit. There’s also lots of information about walks in the area. We would definitely recommend Park View for those looking for a peaceful retreat.

What perfect guests, we are so glad you enjoyed your stay. Kind regards Rod and Debbie Property Owner
