"We had an excellent stay at Kingfishers Cottage."

It was spotlessly clean, very cosy and had all creature comforts. The beds were exceptionally comfortable. Five stars - highly recommended

"We really enjoyed our stay!"

Beautiful location, gorgeous property and great communication from host. The property was a lovely size and had everything we needed. The spa was a great addition as well! The towels and bedsheets were all fresh and clean but the house was overall dusty and had lots of cobwebs and spiders. On the whole we had a lovely time and would recommend staying.

Kingfishers is a brilliant holiday cottage for families - small or large, or simply for those who like peace and comfort outside school holidays.

It also has access to the fabulous spa with all its facilities.

Located within the Cotswolds' 550 acre Lower Mill Estate nature reserve and just a minute's stroll from the River Thames, the property offers accommodation ideal for families with youngsters but also perfect for couples looking to relax.

Internally, the cottage is welcoming and well furnished with your own grassed area outside, perfect for sitting / playing, with a small and shallow stream and lake beyond.

The Lower Mill is particularly attractive for families as there are many activities on offer including an outdoor heated swimming pool, sauna, tennis court and walking as well as countless other activities nearby.

Customers clearly love it, a recent comment says: 'the cottage is stunning and absolutely everything we needed was there.
