  • "What a fabulous cottage, we had a fantastic time!"

Ben and Maureen were excellent hosts, so friendly and welcoming. The cottage itself is just perfect with everything you could possibly need. The location was ideal, there was so much to do right on the door step but equally we also enjoyed relaxing at the cottage enjoying the beautiful views especially from the balconies. We will definitely be back!

  • "We enjoyed our stay in this lovely, clean and comfortable accommodation with beautiful views across the valley."

We also enjoyed meeting our hosts Maureen and Ben (and Rumble) who were very helpful and kind. Ben does love a bit of banter so were well suited. There was no mention of the dishwasher for some reason in the listing which could encourage more people to book. A happy holiday :)

Thank you for providing us with feedback on your stay at The Cartins. We are so glad to hear that you enjoyed your stay and we hope to welcome you again one day in the future. We appreciate your comments regarding the listing, and have now amended this to include a dishwasher. Best wishes, Manor Cottages. Property Owner

The property is extremely comfortable with stunning views and is in a beautiful area with access to Selsey Common right on it’s doorstep. It is a really peaceful location with great wildlife to watch from the properties balconies and our cockapoo Maisie was in heaven having had all of the secure gardens to explore alongside Rumble the friendly resident dog. Would highly recommend and will definitely be going back!

Spectacular views. Friendly hosts. Lovely dog. Clean, large, well-lit cottage with loads of storage space and great having a balcony on each side. As nice a place as we have ever holidayed in, and all the more special after 22 months stuck at home due to the uncertainty of the virus pandemic.

Thank you for your feedback! We're happy to hear that the property was able to exceed your expectations and provide the perfect getaway post-lockdown. You are always welcome to return! Property Owner
