  • "The holiday property is really comfortable."

It was lovely and warm Access to walks around the grounds and lake were ideal for taking the dog. Well equipped- everything we needed for our weekend away, including a travel cot and stair gates for the baby. There was an issue with the boiler, but the owner came and sorted it the same day- thank you!

Thank you for your feedback. We are pleased to hear that you enjoyed your time at The Old Mill and found it well equipped. We are sorry that you encountered an issue with the boiler but are pleased to hear that it was resolved quickly! Best wishes, Manor Cottage Property Owner

The property

After much careful planning and hard work from the owners, The Old Mill is a fabulously spacious home in which to spend some quality time. Inside you'll be bowled over by the charming architectural features such as the exposed timbers and brickwork of the vast, open plan kitchen/dining area (and living space in a gallery above) where guests can comfortably gather to enjoy a meal or just to relax. No expense has been spared in the use of high quality, natural building materials adding to the luxurious feel. After a busy day, you might like to take a seat on the glass-fronted balcony overlooking the courtyard and grassed areas, a tranquil place to wind down or even find a quiet spot overlooking the owners' lake. The lake is adjacent to the property and guests are welcome to walk by it. All in all, prepare for any expectations you have before you come to be exceeded!

Note: This property has a Good Housekeeping bond of £150.
