• "Great property, great space and everything we needed for our group."

  The facility’s were brilliant, kept us all entertained. The location was good although it is next door to a school, we visited during the school holidays so wasn’t an issue. The only feed back we have is that the hot tub area would benefit from a higher privacy screen.

  It was absolutely perfect for getting together with friends for a weekend. So much room to entertain/celebrate - and something for everyone within the house. The hosts were so welcoming and helpful. I couldn’t fault a single thing and would absolutely go back! 10/10 would recommend. Best place I have ever stayed.

• "We had an amazing stay at 85A Braybrooke Road recently to celebrate my mums 50th!"

  The hosts were lovely, and we received prompt responses to any of our questions. We arrived to 2 bottles of prosecco & chocolates which was a lovely touch! The property is equipped to an extremely high standard, very clean and had more than enough glassware etc. Would highly recommend this property to anyone & we are already looking to return in the near future!

• "One of the best places we’ve stayed."

  Great facilities to accommodate all requirements. Spotlessly clean and enough of everything (plates, glasses ,etc with lots to spare). A nice touch of luxury. Would recommend to anyone who asks and would like to come back again. The hosts were available to talk to over the weekend to help, but were not invasive. Thanks to them both for a fabulous stay.

• "10 of us stayed at 85a Braybrook Road for a girls weekend and my sisters hen weekend."

  The accommodation is perfect. The house really has the Wow factor and the hot tub is just lovely. Only one suggestion I would make is to install a remote awning over the hot tub so it can be used in all weather's. But on a whole No complaints lovely house and the owners were most helpful.

• "Stayed at this property for a group 50th birthday celebration."

  The house is massive and built/furnished to a very high standard. It has multiple amazing spaces to socialise in: the garden/patio, the huge lounge, the kitchen/dining area, the bar area...plus other facilities such as a hot tub, sauna and games room. There was also great communication with the friendly owners before the stay. The only minor criticism of the property is that the 2 showers are in en suite bathrooms: the enormous family bathroom (shared by the 3 non-en suite bedrooms) only has a bath. But that aside, I would highly recommend staying here.

• "This is a great holiday home with lots of luxurious touches."

  The kitchen is really well equipped and the beds are really comfortable. The hot tub with easy access from the house is fab at the end of the day. We especially loved the bar and the table football / games console. Great information from the hosts before we arrived and easy to contact them with any questions. There are some nice places nearby with walks and the town has a good selection of supermarkets and takeaways.

• "Great house and great hosts."

  They provided detailed instructions and videos, which was very helpful. The house is perfect for families, very spacious and comfortable for our party of 10. We really enjoyed the games, the garden and the hot tub, but our favourite feature had to be the bar.

  Hi Mitesh, Thanks for the review and feedback re the facilities via WhatsApp. As mentioned having a third shower in the bathroom isn’t a viable option for us as we have gone for a more contemporary and luxurious feel with a free standing bath. Two showers and a bath in a 5 bedroom property is ample enough. Thank you for the honest review, all feedback helps us improve as we strive for excellence throughout. • "We were celebrating 5 May birthdays, Husband, daughter and 3 grandchildren."

  The hosts kindly left treats for all of them. The house is beautiful very spacious and absolutely everything you would ever need in the kitchen and more! The grandchildren loved the garden and games room and the toys left for them. The bar, sauna and hot tub was enjoyed by the adults. Would recommend.

• "We absolutely loved our stay at Braybrooke."

  This is now my favourite place and we will be back later on in the year. The property is outstanding! The decors to die for (I didn't want to leave) Attention to detail is beyond anywhere else we have stayed, you can tell alot of thought went into this property. The owners were such lovely people and were very helpful with anything we needed. We are Looking forward to returning later on this year. If you like luxury look no further, you WONT be disappointed!!

• "Property is perfect in every way."

  We were a family of 10 with an infant. There was loads of space inside, the garden was a great size for football and cricket. The hot tub & sauna was wonderful for an evening relax and the property location was ideal. We will definitely be staying again. The owners were very welcoming and friendly.

• "We stayed here recently as a large family from Friday to Monday and had an amazing time."

  The house is superb. Hosts have thought of everything and the decor is top tier. We have stayed at a number of large house rentals all over the UK and this is our favourite by far. Living area is extremely comfortable with ample seating and luxury comfort. The beds were all very comfortable and the towels supplied were a great touch meaning we didn’t have to bring as much luggage. We will 100% stay again. • "We had a fantastic few days at this beautiful house celebrating our daughter in law’s 30tg birthday."

  The house is amazing, it has been designed and decorated with so much thought, it is just stunning. The open plan design allowed all our friends and family to be together when we were cooking etc. The facilities such as the bar, hot tub and games room were a real hit with everyone. We had such a great weekend we didn’t want to leave. We met the owner and he was super friendly and accommodating. We can’t wait to come back.
