"This is a super property, we all really enjoyed our stay."
A welcome plate of scones waz just what was required after a long drive, thank you. The well equipped kitchen was a great place for us to gather together to eat and chat on our annual reunion. We particularly loved the aga, it made cooking so easy. The garden was beautiful, and we were blessed with warm weather and able to sit out. The lounge area had plenty of seating so we were all accommodated comfortably. The only thing I would say was that finding it wasn’t that easy and we all missed the entrance! Perhaps a lit sign for thoss arriving in the dark? Just a thought. We would certainly recommend this lovely property and hope to return at some stage. Many thanks

"Fabulous house in a central location."
We enjoyed our stay at Highcroft very much. It has a homely feel, and is well equipped. We loved eating in the warm farmhouse kitchen and when we returned in the evening we sat in the comfortable lounge. There is plenty of space to spread out, a nice selection of bedrooms to choose from including one downstairs with ensuite which was great for our friend with mobility issues. It is quirky in as much as if you have certain rooms upstairs you had to go through other bedrooms to access downstairs, however we are close friends and didn't find it a problem. Had the weather been kinder we would have loved to sit in the garden. The owner, Sue was very kind and helpful when we had car issues and when we arrived called round with homemade scones, still warm from the oven. We all agreed is was a great place for a weekend get together and would return to Highcroft.

"We had a lovely time with space enough for everyone."
The owner was very nice and helpful. While the house was large it always felt cozy.
-
"A lovely property in a beautiful setting."
We visited with my 2 teenagers and my elderly parents. My teenagers actually spent lots of time outside in the tree swings, tennis court and garden which was lovely. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed for a peaceful break. The local town was an absolute delight. Highly recommend.
-
"Excellent property in an almost ideal location."
Noise from adjacent road could be annoying but only at peak travel times.
-
"10 of us gathered for a family weekend and we had a pleasant and relaxing time."
It was easy to visit Stratford Upon Avon, only 2 miles away and Warwick Castle, about 35 minutes' drive away. Young and old found plenty to see and do!
-
"We enjoyed the space and location that Highcroft offered us."
It was amazingly close to so many amenities, we didn’t have enough days to experience it all! We sampled three of the restaurants which were extremely good and only minutes away by car. Our hosts were also very welcoming, with freshly baked scones on our arrival, and there to help should we need it. We all thoroughly enjoyed our time at Highcroft!
-
"The property is in a beautiful location and we loved the amount of space both inside and out."
It is homely and well equipped, with things on offer to engage the whole family, the younger ones and the older. The grounds are wonderful with plenty of outdoor furniture and swings in the trees which were well used! On arrival we were greeted by Sue bringing us some lovely scones. We were made to feel very welcome.
-
"Loved the house and gardens and made full use of the tennis court."
Friendly, helpful and felt very welcomed.
-
"We absolutely loved our weekend at Highcroft cottage."
It was a beautiful home full of character. The gardens were gorgeous and the sun was shining. Location was perfect albeit traffic busy and noisy but that didn’t spoil it at all.
-
"Wonderful place to stay."
The ambience of the house was welcoming and comfortable...we felt at home immediately. Thank you for allowing us to share your space.
-
"A great place for a family reunion."
-
"All was great, one minor point is that the house could do with another fridge."
-
"Beautiful holiday home -cared for by lovely people."
The only thing I would do is remove the rugs in the kitchen I kept tripping over them! But I suppose that could be me although I don’t think rugs in a kitchen are a good idea. Beautiful house and garden - we were made very welcome.
-
"We had a wonderful multi generational stay at Highcroft."
The kitchen was really well equipped. The children loved the trampoline
-
"A lovely, cosy base for a winter weekend get together."
The house feels like someone’s home, with lots of pictures on the walls and well resourced kitchen cabinets. The AGA and large kitchen table boosted the convivial mood. With a great location, room for parking, and Stratford just down the road it was all we needed.
-
"We had a lovely weekend at Highcroft."
There was enough room for all of us - 6 adults and 2 children. The large kitchen area is especially pleasant and warm in October with the Aga running. Please note that if all bedrooms are in use then the occupants of 2 of the upstairs bedrooms can't get to the kitchen without going through another bedroom. This is OK if everyone is a family member but may not be if a group of friends have got together, for instance.
-
"Lovely family holiday home, great location easy access to visit other places around."
Would highly recommend
-
"Thank you for a lovely stay!"
The house was just want we needed and took care of us for the week. Excellent location and the outdoor space to let everyone run around no issues as well !
-
"The house was lovely, a great setting and location-the nearness of the main road is unfortunate."
All equipment provided and plenty of extras, scones and jam a welcome treat! Swing in the garden was used daily and the owner kindly repaired a second swing later in the week, Very much appreciated by granddaughter Wld life in abundance we saw: badgers, deer, rabbits, stoat and had the please of watching newly hatched blackbirds nesting outside the kitchen door. Lovely place to rest and recuperate.
-
"Super house for 9 of us, 6 adults, 3 children and a dog."
Not overly big and not too cramped, a Goldilocks house really! It was a family get together for our 50th wedding anniversary and it was just what we hoped for.
-
"Lovely property which is in easy reach of Stratford."
The owners are very friendly but not at all intrusive. The only downside is the traffic noise when sitting in the garden but this does subside overnight.
-
"Such a beautiful property, extremely clean and well kept."
We're definitely going back

"This is a lovely house; clean, comfortable and extremely well stocked with all you need."
The kitchen has everything you need to prepare and cook meals with a wide range of pans, dishes & baking trays. Beautiful garden with plenty of seating & a very comfortable lounge to relax in. The owner was very friendly and helpful with advice on places to visit locally. The house is in a lovely location with easy access to Stratford-Upon-Avon and some lovely walking across footpaths directly from the grounds. You just need to be a little bit careful when getting out of the drive way as the traffic is quite fast moving; this did also mean there was traffic noise when sitting in the garden. The only downside for us is that one of the bedrooms has to be used as a walk though for access to the other bedrooms so the house is really only suitable for 8 (or maybe 9). We had 5 adult couples staying for one night so the downstairs bedroom had to be used for access to the ground floor. It was fine for the other nights when there were only 8 of us as we could use the room upstairs for access. If the single room is just needed as a single bed, maybe for a child, this can used for access. In this case the downstairs bedroom can be used almost as an on-suite room with the shower-room right next door. I don't think we completely understood the house layout from the description; although reading it again now we've stayed in the house the information is there, just perhaps not as clear as it could be.
-
"A very comfortable and well equipped cottage."
The AGA was great (electric hob/oven also in kitchen) as was the large garden, tennis court and comfortable sitting room. Read the description carefully as the small bedroom and downstairs twin bedroom act as access to other bedrooms/bathrooms/staircases meaning two of the upstairs bedrooms and the main bathroom can only be accessed through another bedroom, something that meant lots of tiptoeing about in the evenings.
-
"Lovely holiday home from home."
Owners lovely and hand to help. Very enjoyable stay.
-
"Lovely property, very spacious and well kept and there where even freshly baked scones on our arrival."
Highly recommended.
-
"Thank you for a wonderful stay and the delicious scones."
The house is brilliant and the kids really enjoyed the garden, particularly the trampoline and slide!
-
"We had a wonderful stay at Highcroft, and the owners couldn’t have been more friendly or helpful when we saw them."
We played tennis, went on walks and really appreciated how well equipped the kitchen was.
-
"The accommodation was fine and well equipped plus a good location for Warwick Castel However the water flow from the shower in the master bedroom was very poor due to the shower rose being blocked with lime - it needs cleaning."
Also the radiator in the Bath room never got hot despite the trv set at max - it needs venting !
Thank you for your feedback and for bringing this to our attention. We have taken your comments on board. We wish to confirm that the shower head has been replaced and the radiator has been sorted. Property Owner

"Welcoming. We had good weather and it was a very pleasant situation."
The accommodation suited our party and we loved the paintings. Plenty of comfortable chairs and good quantity of kitchen equipment. The children enjoyed the garden. We used the Aga mostly and lit the fire. Some maintenance problems especially the creaky bathroom door upstairs and dining table chairs. Overall very good Some excellent restaurants particularly RSC tower and The Bell Welford.
-
"We had a wonderful stay."
It's a very relaxing, spacious and comfortable home. The scones and coal were lovely additional touches. Thank you very much, we may be back.
-
"Great cottage loved the homemade scones, home from home, would highly recommend, we will definitely be back."
-
"I was really impressed with this comfortable and warm house."
It was an ideal base for a family get together. We enjoyed using the tennis court and appreciated the pile of rackets and balls that we could use. Thank you for letting us stay later on Sunday which meant that we could enjoy another walk and lunch in the house before our journeys home.
-
"This is a lovely house with excellent facilities."
Nice and warm with a large garden. The kitchen was very well equipped and even had an Aga. The owners were friendly and welcoming. We have no hesitation in recommending this property.
-
"We had a wonderful week at Highcroft."
Everything we could possibly need was provided by the host. The garden was great and fenced all round. My dog enjoyed pottering around the garden and we sat out in the sun on most days on the garden chairs and cushions provided. The Aga was great as was the open fire in the lounge. The house is close to a main road and the passing traffic was quite loud during the day but did not disturb us during the night. Loved the atmosphere in the house and it felt like home. Would definitively book another week.
-
"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Highcroft."
The property was well equipped and comfortable for the 8 of us. There is lots of places to visit in the area including Warwick Castle and various National Trust houses and gardens. And of course Stratford itself with all it has to offer. We enjoyed the hop on hop off bus, Shakespeare houses and the comfy Everyman cinema. We enjoyed cooking on the Aga - not something any of us had used before. We would definitely be happy to stay here again in the future.
-
"Well equipped properly, spacious , large garden."
Loved the aga in the kitchen and drying dolly. Some toys for young children and games for all. Close to Stratford and Cotswolds so good position. Lots of nearby places to eat. We had a lovely holiday .
-
"Excellent break highly recommend facilities especially tennis court but also outside space maybe different benches in kitchen updated but being picky."
Facilities for families excellent especially kids but we celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary with our close family and had wonderful time and memories
-
"Lovely character cottage which was very spacious."
Garden was perfect for children and dogs, and there was plenty of garden furniture for all. Some areas in the kitchen needed a deep clean and the bbq didn't work! There was a faulty valve when linking the gas canister. This could potentially be a risk to all. We were disappointed that this facility was not available, as I specifically asked the owner, who confirmed a bbq was available for us to use. Peter was very helpful.
-
"Was obviously a very nice property inside and out but clearly lacks from updating and investment over the years."
Looking very tired and old fashioned now. Attention to detail like graffiti on one on the bedroom walls off putting as well as a lack of privacy due to no internal door locks.
-
"Overall we had a good stay at this property and would recommend it, particularly for families."
It is an attractive house and is well maintained with nice furnishings and equipment. As others have mentioned in their reviews, the layout is unusual due to it being two former cottages converted into one house. If you’re staying here with family members this wouldn’t be a problem, but we were staying with friends and people we didn’t know that well, so it was slightly awkward when having to walk through other people’s bedrooms to get to the bathrooms or the staircase. It would be helpful to have a floor plan of the property on the website to help with planning where our guests were going to sleep. The kitchen is the heart of the home and well equipped for self catering, and it leads into the large garden where there is an outside table and chairs. The back garden is perfect for children and dogs because it is safe and enclosed. This is also a good house for older children and teenagers as there is a tennis court in the front garden. The one drawback is that the house and garden are very close to a busy A road. The noise from the traffic does disturb you during the day and at night and is something you’re aware of all the time. Otherwise the house is in a good location, only five minutes drive from Stratford upon Avon with supermarkets, shops and restaurants.
-
"Every year we gather with family from across the US for our "family" vacation."
This house was wonderful. The house was beautifully furnished, comfortable and the kitchen was equipped with whatever we needed. The gardens and the patio were great - we ate outdoors even in the rain! There were 8 of us but the house was large enough for us to spread out. I would love to visit Highcroft again.
-
"Everything you could need is provided and the location is very close to Stratford-on-Avon."
Recommended with plenty of room for a large family.
-
"We had a great stay at Highcroft and would definitely consider staying here again."
The gardens are lovely and having the tennis court is a wonderful bonus. The house itself is really comfortable and is a very sociable space, great for group get togethers. The bedroom layout is a bit unusual (the downstairs twin room and the upstairs single room are both through rooms) but it worked for our group and the children had a lot of fun racing round and up and down the two staircases! It is just off the main road, so there is traffic noise in the garden, but not a problem inside. All in all, an excellent place to stay and would recommend. Scones on arrival were much appreciated!
-
"Lovely well stocked property perfect for a family get together, the house and kitchen had everything we needed."
Great location for walks with easy access to Stratford upon avon and local attractions. The garden is well maintained and secure for children and dogs. The front garden was wonderful, everyone loved the wildlife, swings, slide and enjoyed the tennis court. The owners are very welcoming and the scones with jam on arrival were very nice. The only down side would be the layout of the bedrooms, needing to walk through bedrooms to access the stairs but this didn't really cause us much bother. Some areas of the house could do with updating, like replacing springy mattresses and replacing old curtains otherwise this house is fantastic, lots of space inside and out.
-
"Great location Very spacious Comfortable"
-
"Excellent holiday home My mistake but didn’t realise that to get downstairs ..."
Excellent holiday home My mistake but didn’t realise that to get downstairs someone had to walk through someone else’s bedroom

"We are the Askew family, celebrating a 60th birthday."
Our 3 children, their respective other halves and our 2 grandchildren thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was great for us all to sit in the kitchen around the table for our informal meals. During the evening we stayed in the kitchen playing board games around the table. The lounge had enough seats to accommodate us all to watch the rugby. The garden was safe for our dog and the grandchildren to play in and explore and having a tennis court available for a bonus for our children. Thank you for making our weekend that much more special by us all being able to stay in one house together.
-
"Our stay at Highcroft could not have been better!"
Even though the weather was not good, the house was so comfortable and so well equipped that there was no problem with staying indoors cosy by the fire. The owners had thought of everything and it was such a lovely homely atmosphere.
-
"A lovely home from home."
Our grandsons enjoyed the interesting layout and the adults made full use of the well equipped kitchen including an Aga and the comfortable sitting room.
-
"Beautiful property, in a peaceful location."
It's a short stop from Stratford. Had a very relaxing weekend spend at the house with all the amenities that you could need. I would most certainly recommend
-
"A lovely, roomy house with good facilities in a great location, less than 10 minutes' drive from Stratford-upon-Avon town centre."
Kitchen-diner was a good area for socialising with a large table suitable for games. This aside, we felt that the house needs some TLC as most things were stained (including carpets, bedding, curtains, tea towels, table cloths etc), as well as mould on the second kingsize bedroom curtains. The towels were also very worn, some with stains. Some extra basic cleaning also wouldn't go amiss such as cleaning out the cutlery tray which was full of crumbs, and when pushing a couple of the twin beds together, an old sock and a pill of some description were found. The shower curtain and rubber bath mat in the ensuite should be replaced as very mouldy. Overall, if some changes could be made to the cleanliness of the house it would be a much more pleasant stay.
Thank you for your feedback. We pride ourselves on ensuring every guest has the best possible experience at Highcroft and as you can see we have numerous positive feed-backs on the website. If any guest has an issue during their stay, we ask that they call and we will do our very best to assist them. The specifics that you have raised have been checked. Thank you again for your comments. Property Owner

"The cottage was very well equipped and well appointed."
The layout was a little quirky, but the children loved it.
-
"Feeling cosy in a warm, well equipped kitchen, with a wonderful Aga."
Catching up with friends around the table and knowing that we could laugh loudly, and talk without disturbing anyone. Spending time in Stratford on Avon, and being able to row on the river. We had everything we needed, and Sue the owner was such a lovely person.
-
"Such a welcoming homely house made it absolutely right for our family of 3 generations to get together in."
The weekend weather enabled us to sit outside in the evening and the owners kindly left their own firepit for our use. (They were on away on holiday). Weather turned turned cold and wet but the central heating created a lovely cosy feel to the house. Everyone (including the neighbours who were our point of contact) were so welcoming and helpful.
-
"Second time staying to this beautiful place and yet again it was a home from home, everything we need was there."
Such a beautiful, relaxing house with excellent host.
-
"Really loved the place, had everything we needed, lovely hosts, great facilities."
-
"Very warm welcome from the owners who discretely live next door."
Lovely large garden for the dog but just watch for a few hours that they don’t find any weak fences. Whilst the road is fast the traffic noise is not relentless and we didn’t find overbearing. All in all a very comfortable stay for myself and a couple of friends.
-
"Fantastic cottage."
Very comfortable and homely. Beds comfortable but lumpy pillows. One thing not mentioned is that the property backs onto a busy road and motorbikes are frequently heard racing along it; the garden though beautiful is not a peaceful place to sit as a result.
-
"What a lovely secluded cottage, with great amenities (BBQ & tennis courts)."
The kitchen was thoughtfully stocked with essentials that some places neglect (dishwasher tablets, coffee pods, salt/pepper, oil etc). The cottage itself has a big kitchen diner and a very roomy living space, which is great for a chilled out getaway. The hosts were friendly and helpful but also let us get on with our holiday. I would book this place again for sure!
-
"We really enjoyed our stay the cottage was very comfortable and well equipped we would definitely plan a return visit"
-
"It was a lovely cottage and very friendly owner , great scones on arrival."
Only negative comments would be some of the furnishings are looking a bit tired and the description of layout of the bedrooms could be clearer .If you use one set of stairs you have to go through the downstairs twin to get to the kitchen or if you use the other set of stairs you have to walk through the single bedroom .
-
"Highcroft house is beautiful."
The kitchen was always lovely and warm with the Aga and plenty of cooking pans and dishes, cutlery and crockery. Lots of interesting features all around the house. The garden was so lovely and we would definitely book this house again, despite the one drawback. Although I have marked "Met Expectations" it exceeded expectations if it wasn't for the toilet facilities. We were 3 retired couples who wanted a house where every couple had their own bathroom. We had this, but their is no downstairs loo unless you walk through somebody's bedroom, which meant you had to go upstairs to your own bathroom to use a loo. When playing games in the evening it was a bit of a pain, especially as there is enough space downstairs, under the stairs to put in a loo and sink. If we were not in our seventies it would not have caused a problem. We played boule in the garden and had some good weather to enjoy sitting out in the garden. HighCroft is situated in an ideal location where Stratford upon Avon is only 2 miles away and also visited Morton in Marsh, Bourton on the Water, such wonderful places to visit for shopping and eating out. Thoroughly enjoyed our short time at HighCroft and it all ended too quickly. Would still rate this house 9 out of 10 and I am sure there are families who don't mind sharing facilities which would make this house an ideal 10 out 10 plus choice.
-
"Fabulous Home from Home with a fully enclosed back garden."
The lovely owners live next door but you are left in peace to enjoy the lovely home, private garden and shared outdoor space. House is situated just off a main 'A' road which can be noisy but is bearable. Excellent base for exploring area, with easy access to Stratford. Good access to supermarkets without having to go into Stratford. Enjoy, we did and would like to return for another few days R&R. The Taylor's

"Great holiday let in a lovely area."
Would recommend this to anyone. We had a party of 10 (6 adults and 4 children) and everyone enjoyed it. Plenty to do in Stratford and the surrounding area. Hopefully will be back sometime in the future. Rob and Sue the owners who live next door very friendly and helpful if needed.
-
"Lovely house."
Lots of space for 2 families 4+6 inside & outside.
-
"We were disappointed that it was not clear that two of the bedrooms could not access the downstairs without going through someone else's bedroom."
The single room should not be a bedroom but a corridor - and by advertising it as a room, we invited a 7th person - and this meant that is someone in either of two bedrooms upstairs woke in the night or woke earlier than others, they had to walk through somebody's bedroom to go downstairs. This should have been made clear. Our other disappointment was the showers, which were not terribly good. Otherwise, the house was wonderful. A fantastic fire and lounge, a great kitchen and eating area, beautiful surroundings and generally super. We had such a great stay and the house is so close to the town centre and a very easy drive. Close to a supermarket and just such a homely place to stay. We were delighted with everything (other than above).
-
"It was perfect - the property had everything we needed."
We were even greeted with Hot home made scones on our arrival. We had a fabulous time spending time together as family.
-
"Great location, great house and the owners were helpful."
Very spacious and homely feel to this cottage. It has everything you need.
-
"We had the most magical week for Christmas with 4 generations of family spending a week together."
The house was wonderful so comfortable and everything you needed was there. We loved using the clothes dryer in the kitchen and washing was all dry the next morning. Sitting by the coal fire in the late afternoon and evening talking and playing games was so enjoyable. The freedom the 4 grandchildren had on the tennis the swing and slide as well as running around the garden was an asset. We were welcomed by Sue the owner with a plate full of scones that we would love the recipe for as we have never had scones like it. There was a Christmas tree decorated ready for us and the bannister decorated which a garland which was lovely. Cannot say Thankyou enough for the most wonderful week that made the best Christmas ever. The house was so perfectly situated near the supermarkets and then Stratford town centre was only 2 miles away. We visited the butterfly farm a must see it was breath taking. Also did the MAD museum everyone enjoyed all the inventions and marble runs . Would so very much strongly recommend this beautiful house to stay in for everyone.
-
"Fantastic accommodation in a fantastic location."
The house was well equipped, the beds were comfortable and it was lovely to have a nice big garden. The scones and jam were a lovely touch too! Thank you!
-
"Very welcoming owners - we had a fantastic stay - thank you!"
-
"The cottage was amazing, so much space both inside and in the garden, the facilities were great lots of home comforts."
Especially loved the fact we were able to bake cakes as the kitchen has all the equipment we needed. We loved it so much we've booked again for next year.
-
"A beautifully decorated and well equipped house."
Great location for Stratford and the Cotswolds.
-
"This is a lovely house which is very comfortable and well equipped."
There were nine of us staying, six adults and three children, and the house was spacious to accommodate us all. The children loved the garden, especially the trampoline and other play equipment. I would highly recommend this house.
-
"Such a wonderful house."
Comfortable beds, clean fresh linens, huge kitchen with lots of pots and pans. The house is in a fabulous position for days in Stratford with a taxi costing around £8.00. Plenty of car parking and beautiful gardens visited by pheasants, woodpeckers and various other birds. The house is by the main road but the noise was not intrusive. Plenty of room for large families or groups. A Waitrose supermarket is within 5 mins drive. A fantastic house with caring owners.
-
"Highcroft was a wonderful cottage very homely with lots of extras."
We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone. The home baked scones and jam on arrival were delicious.
-
"We booked Highcroft as a surprise for my father in law's 70th."
It was fab! We were 7 adults and 3 children and it was exactly what we needed. Mr and Mrs Davies the owners were lovely. The house was well kept and fully equipped. Would definitely recommend it.
-
"This is really a lovely house for a mixed generation family group, like us."
The grandchildren are 2,3 and 4 and really loved the amount of space on the ground floor with a generous lounge/dining room and a warm kitchen/eating area. The bedrooms were comfortable with plenty of storage space which is always a bonus. 3 bathrooms is a good balance for the number of bedrooms. Outside was a huge garden, tennis court, swing, slide - all used. Stratford is also a great centre for young children with lovely parks, a pool and other fun activities.
-
"This is the best house I have ever rented."
It was like home from home and there were even Christmas decorations up for us.
-
"Fresh Home Made Scones & Jam were there on the huge kitchen table when we arrived."
Peter met us to make sure everything was OK for us and explained a few things about the property, which is well located just outside Stratford. With an AGA in the Kitchen, there was always a warm spot for those in our party that felt the cold. There are plenty of pots and pans, crockery etc in the kitchen and eventually we got used to cooking on the AGA thanks to the simple instructions left for us, so no need to use the cooker. The beds were comfortable and Casper, our dog, loved the large garden. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and have marked this house down as one we would love to come back to.
-
"High croft proved to be a very comfortable venue for our reunion."
Very clean and well - equipped. The location was very good for outings around the area too.
-
"This is the perfect place for a family get together."
The house is spacious and well equipped. It was great to have the tennis court and the children enjoyed the swings and trampoline. An added bonus was the use of the private swimming pool next door. The house was a short drive from the town where there was lots to see and do.
-
"We had a family get together and was able to rent The Bothy as well."
Accommodation was spacious for the times we spent indoors. gardens outside were great. Nice to have the bar-be-que to use. Close to Stratford with its good choice of restaurants . Easy travelling to a variety of places. A lovely week all round.
-
"Great holiday home, on the outskirts of Stratford upon Avon, in the country side but within easy reach of all amenities."
Lovely garden to sit in and watch all the wildlife.
-
"I wasn't aware of the fact that the only access to the bedrooms is via other bedrooms which was a bit awkward."
otherwise fine.,
-
"Really nice homely cottage, with great garden and more than enough living space for 6 adults and two toddlers."
Would definitely return when staying in the area.
-
"The house was very welcoming, and the Aga in the kitchen was wonderful to c ome home to in the cold weather."
Bedrooms arranged very well, and everything so comfortable. Somewhere you would wish to return to.
-
"We enjoyed our stay!"
-
"We had a superb family weekend in this lovely house."
-
"A great weekend."
The house was lovely and warm and the kitchen extremely well equipped. Beds were comfortable and linen was luxurious. We had a great time playing tennis.
-
"Good holiday."
Very good location , easy access to Stratford and lots of other places EG Redwings, Charlcote, motor museum. Local shops very easy to reach and good variety
-
"Wonderful property in central location and excellent for our family celebration."
-
"Everything was superb from start to finish - the booking process was easy, the property was fantastic and the host made checking in so easy."
-
"A fabulous property ideally located."
Owners very friendly with welcoming home made scones and jam a lovely touch. Everything was just perfect and would highly recommend
-
"It was a perfect family holiday and our 3 grandchildren aged 4, 8 & 10 absolutely loved all the facilities at the cottage."
The owners made us feel welcome and when we arrived there were home made scones and jam for us which were delicious. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Highly recommended
-
"The owners were very accommodating and allowed us to hold a party for an extra 21 people in the garden."
They were also prepared for my guests to collect the keys and stay in the property for two days before I arrived, as well as keeping correspondence to email so the surprise was kept from my husband. We particularly enjoyed the garden, tennis court and trampoline (for my granddaughter).
