"We have stayed on that site many times yours was the best it felt like a home."
There were coat hooks and shelves and mirrors which make such a difference lovely place to stay.

"Had a nice stay."
Caravan is in a convenient location just a few km walk from central Stratford. Disappointed that the reserve gas cylinder had not been kept full, as this meant we were left without gas for the best part of a day.

"Fantastic lodge, ideal loctation, very well equipt, lovely and clean, will love to re visit."
Ideal for a great weeks rest for myself and my dog Alfred The Great, he loved it to with plenty of walks and lots to see.

"We enjoyed our stay ay Poppy Lodge, it serves a purpose of being able to see family members before Christmas."
The lodge was clean and tidy but there was missing light bulbs, broken slats on blinds, no blind at all in the smaller bedroom, could do with a light on the steps as makes it awkward to use them at night. Also the owners ask you to leave it as you found it but a dustpan and brush or a hoover would be handy!! Mind the fridge door as you have to lift it to get it to shut ( the owners know this as it is mentioned in the info book). Even with these faults if we would possibly book again if there was nowhere else.

"There was no light over the steps which were very steep and not a very wide ..."
There was no light over the steps which were very steep and not a very wide tread, which was not very person or pet friendly, The lighting was terrible as most of the light bulbs were missing, The settees were past there best and not very comfortable, The en-suite toilet window would not open and the blind was broken, In all I would say adequate, but ok for a couple of days but not much more

"My stay was in March, so facilities (onsite restaurant, clubhouse) and river taxi were not open, but other than that I very much enjoyed my stay at Poppy Lodge."
The lodge could have been cleaner - floors not swept or vacuumed, and window blinds had not been dusted, but general cleaning had been done, beds made and there were plenty of towels, etc. Kitchen was very well stocked with all equipment needed. There was a laundry facility onsite. Bed, dining and living room furniture were very comfortable, and the gas fire was nice and cozy. The Reception office staff was wonderful and helpful, and I was able to immediately get help from the property manager when I had a question. It's an easy walk into Stratford, but better along the Tiddington road as the pavement is wider and the road not so busy. You can walk alongside the river but have to navigate two or three muddy fields before you join a path. Overall, I had a very comfortable stay in a quiet, well-run park and would stay there again.

"Had a really lovely holiday on this very quiet site in the perfect situation close to Stratford-upon-Avon."
They key collection details were perfect & the lodge was very clean. There were a few improvements that could be made; the door to the fridge needs altering as it is very difficult to close, toilet seat in shower room needs fixing, bathmat needed in shower room, spare lightbulbs of the correct type needed too, otherwise all amenities were good & as described.
