  • "Great location to visit gardens and NT properties and lovely countryside for walking."

Comfortable house with all that you need for a week away. In spite of torrential rain at times and flooding, we had a good holiday!

  • "The property was spotlessly clean and the owners couldn’t do enough for us."

Great location for exploring Warwickshire and the Cotswolds. Loved sitting on the veranda watching the chickens, it’s a sun trap, loved the upside down layout of the house. Would definitely stay in this property again. Thank you for a lovely stay.

  • "Friendly host, lovely surprise of a cake to greet us."

Scenic view from the front of the property up stairs. Idyllic chickens and orchards view from rear of property. Clean, spacious, well equipped, with fast Internet. Peaceful place to rest and unwind. Short car journey to village, with a choice of three pubs serving food. Would be very happy to return for another visit.
