"Great character property in one of our favourite places in the Cotswolds."
I do feel that the steepness of the stairs should be mentioned in the listing. It was not a problem for us but could be for older guests or people with young children. We had a great stay and would definitely stay here again.

"There was no Wi-Fi code at the property and despite contacting the owner on the telephone number given (straight to answerphone) and leaving 4 messages and a text, they never got back to us."
So no Wi-Fi. If there had been a problem accessing the property or we had lost the one key available, we would have been locked out for the duration, as clearly no one was contactable in any emergency. Very disappointing and no welcome pack whatsoever, no details about local doctors etc and not even a pint of milk for a welcome cup of tea. Another point which we wouldn’t have mentioned if we had not been so annoyed by no one bothering to return our calls - one supposedly clean towel was covered in very unpleasant brown smears. Not impressed.

"We (three friends) enjoyed our stay at Bay House - we've stayed a few times before and find it really peaceful and convenient for all the many lovely pubs, shops and galleries that Broadway has to offer."
The decor and soft furnishings have changed a bit since our last visit - it is looking extremely smart and homely! Lovely to have the secluded garden area at the back and noticed there was extra seating and olive trees!.
