"Lovely accommodation and surrounding area."
Comfortable, clean and everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable.

"Lovely semi detached cottage."
Parking right outside the door and just the right size for a couple or small family. Lovely and clean and comfortable. We walked on the nearby Burton Dassett hills which were great for dog walking (beware £3.30 flat rate parking charge) and visited Stratford upon Avon. Facilities in the cottage are good, everything you need for a comfortable stay. If you are a light sleeper you may notice the sound of the local traffic, but for us this wasn’t an issue. We enjoyed fabulous meals at the Yew Tree in Avon Dassett and The Falcon at Warmington.

"A lovely peaceful stay here."
Well situated from the M40, making all journeys within a good drive. A lovely walk up the hill to the stunning views and then good walks to explore further. A very pleasant stay and would stay again if in area and would recommend.

"Beautiful, modern cottage full of everything you need for a stay, short or long."
Amazing location and lots to do within driving distance. Great parking at the property. Could do with: tin opener (not essential but for longer stays people might need it). Pedestal fans to circulate air as it was very warm in the cottage (curtains/blinds shut through the day helped but even with windows open it was warm).

"A very warm and comfortable cottage."
The kitchen was well equipped and allowed us to cook meals with ease. The garden space was smaller than expected, but we didn't use as the weather wasn't cooperating. A really good base to explore from, easy to get onto the motorway to go north or south.

"Great stay, really enjoyed the Grainary - road noise was audible but not annoying."
Would stay here again as good base for a holiday. Lovely and clean, could do with leaving a small hoover available so we could have left it really tidy.. ie hoovered rugs etc.. Overall, we had a fab break. Thank you. X

"The cottage was absolutely lovely and the host was incredibly friendly and helpful."
The area is outstanding, being woken by birdsong was amazing. The cottage was so well equipped and beautifully maintained, the decor is tasteful, the mattresses on the beds were soft and luxurious, there is so much attention to detail that it made our stay stress free, this is a perfect escape. All in all it was a lovely, tranquil stay in a lovely cottage. Thank you so much.

"I stayed at the Granary for a few weeks and had a fabulous stay."
The cottage is absolutely lovely – clean, tidy, and with everything you could need. The location is also fabulous – within walking distance to the Dassett Hills and with shops a few miles away for groceries and great restaurants and pubs just a short drive away. Mary, the owner, is very friendly and helpful. I can't recommend it enough.

"Great property and location."
Only real issue was the very slow WiFi / internet - robots working etc impossible.
-
"Very welcoming owners, property clean and well presented, everything you needed for a comfortable stay."

"The Granary is a really lovely place for a short getaway."
It was cozy and well equipped, and was so lovely waking up to the sounds of the countryside. Would definitely stay again!

"I have stayed here several times this year and have sometimes rented both properties for my team."
Great host and great property. This is one of 2 properties that I will always book when they are available
-
"High standard of cottage and very clean."
Lacking in a few basics such as some kitchen utensils and a hair dryer. There is quite a lot of road noise including at night unfortunately.
-
"Very clean and nicley renovated."
it is situated right next to the country park and great for walking with lovely far-reaching views. Could have done with a few more utensils but, apart from that we had everything we needed there and it was nice and warm. Had a lovely stay . Thank you

"A lovely, comfortable home."
Everything was as stated and we felt truly comfortable and cosy in The Granary. It was one of the first Sykes cottages I have stayed in which I felt lived up to a really high cleanliness standard - super clean! The owner even left some yummy extras (wine and fresh eggs) which went down a treat! The position is close to lovely walks in the Country Park and beautiful National Trust. I would also recommend Compton Verney for Art Gallery and Grounds (play area for kids). We would stay again if we find in that part of the country. Thank you!

Would definitely use again
