• "The apartment is one of three modern conversions in an iconic Cotswold farm yard."

  It is light and airy with modern furnishing and equipment. Particularly liked the rare breed sheep in the field next door. It is well placed for visiting all the Cotswold towns, villages and attractions. Don't miss the ruin of Minster Lovell Hall which is an English Heritage site just down the road and is free to enter

• "There was everything we required for our weeks holiday."

  The property was spotlessly clean and adequately heated. However some instructions on how to operate the microwave and cooker would have been helpful. Really enjoyed our time there, thankyou.

• "Nutchat Barn is a credit to the owners."

  We had a wonderful week there. Absolutely everything was perfect, spotlessly clean, tastefully furnished and decorated and extremely well equipped. The bed and bedding were pristine and so comfortable, just as we expected from this top class accommodation. The setting on the farm and the views are beautiful. We loved the peace and quiet. It was good to meet Jade, Ferne and their Father, who were there if we needed any information, but not at all intrusive. Thank you again for a lovely stay. We hope you'll let us return in the future. • "This was our second visit to Nutchat Barn and we really enjoyed our holiday here."

  It is a very comfortable property with plenty of hot water, fluffy towels that smelt gorgeous all week, and a comfortable bed to retire to every night. The owners are on hand should you need anything and are very welcoming and friendly. The two little dogs are also very friendly and popped in to see us every day!! The property is well situated for touring round and there is plenty to see in the area. We would certainly recommend the property.

  Lovely location. Jade and Fern (and their Dad) were all lovely and friendly. The White Hart pub in Minster Lovell is excellent for a meal and can highly recommend a visit to Aston Pottery.

  This cottage is a great location to visit Oxford, it is comfortable well decorated and, the kitchen is well fitted out and the bedroom is spacious and has a wardrobe and chest of drawers and the bed is very very comfortable and the bathroom is well fitted out, you also get a very warm welcome from Jade, there is a list of all the places you might need with telephone numbers and post codes for the local supermarkets etc and we can recommend the local pub the White Heart food is excellent

  It was very comfortable and had everything we needed. It was very well presented too and we would certainly recommend it. The owners were very friendly and greeted us on arrival and were on hand to answer any questions. There is a lot to see and do in the area and because of Covid-19 we had to book things and places in advance. This actually worked well for us as it meant we had to get up and out in the mornings instead of messing about!

• "Nutchat Barn is a really good base for exploring the Cotswolds, being close to one of the major roads through the area."

  We particularly valued the space, especially in the bedroom, which in many holiday lets can often be small and cramped. The wi-fi internet connection was excellent, allowing a successful participation in an unavoidable Zoom business meeting. The hosts were helpful throughout. The kitchen was well-equipped, allowing more of our own self-catering than we would have normally done, in response to the Covid-19 risks of eating out.
