    "The paddock is a beautiful unique stunning property."

    Great facilities incl washing machine & wet room. Loved that there was ample kitchen equipment. Beds were extremely comfy, garden was private and we enjoyed sitting out on the garden benches. Just an observation not a complaint but single beds very thin & if for kids, should possibly be upstairs near adults. Living area cosy. Loved it. Highly recommended

    "As we were very lucky with weather we spent a lot of time in the garden ."

    However 3 comfy seats wasn’t adequate and the bench is really only ok for a short sit . Again due to heat we would have liked fans in the bedrooms as all found it difficult to sleep due to temp Apart from the above we loved the paddocks and would return again . An area with beautiful villages and hardly any visitors / Bird in hand pub was a great recommendation and we had a perfect meal there

Unfortunately 2 of our garden chairs were damaged and had to be replaced, which they have been now. We have also noted your comments about fans. The house usually stays cool due to it being a converted limestone Cotswold barn, I think we were caught out by it being such a hot weekend, I have also left instructions on how to keep it cool.     "A lovely cottage."

    Clean, comfortable, and well equipped . . . . except, the dinner plates are too small, the toaster only takes smaller slices, oh, and a piece fell off the cute toast rack. All minor stuff though. We did enjoy our stay there.

    The location was idyllic for our needs and the host attentive to our needs. The property is very well equipped, modern, clean and in our eyes couldn’t be faulted.     "The property is ideal for dogs and children, there is a large fully fenced garden mainly laid to grass with a few shrubs and bushes."

    The gravel drive is ideal for boules and molke. Lovely walks close by, excellent pizza and beer a 5 minute walk away. The kitchen had everything we required. A lovely welcome pack. We are a family of 10 and the sleeping arrangements were good.

    "Amazing cottage."

    Beautifully presented, excellent quality furnishings, bedding and equipment. Great outdoor area which we used on a bright but cold February. Really handy for day trips to Blenheim, Oxford and smaller Cotswolds villages. Fireplace was lovely. Would recommend and it really is as lovely as the pictures show! Thank you for a wonderful stay.     "Everything was great except the layout of the rooms."

    Having just one toilet and bathroom on the first floor with 4 bedrooms caused some slight issues with access to facilities in the mornings. Also sound travelled through the house and with no door to the kitchen from the lounge even unloading the dishwasher had to wait until everyone was awake. Lights switches were oddly linked. Thank you for letting us check out a bit later- we left soon after 10 but it took the pressure off.

    "A Magical Christmas Stay at the Cottage Our family had an absolutely wonderful time at this cozy cottage over the Christmas break."

The kitchen was perfect for preparing our holiday meals, and the living room, with its crackling fireplace, became the heart of our family time.     Had everything we needed for a weekend girls get together. We didn't leave all weekend! Very comfortable, warm, spotlessly clean & we felt very relaxed there. We will definately be returning!

    "What an amazing house."

    We stayed 1st-5th nov 24, we came for a big birthday celebration. The house had everything we possibly could have needed. It was very comfortable and felt homely. There was plenty of space especially outside for my 2 year old to fun around in a secure garden. This was a perfect house for our needs and had plenty of space for us all to retreat in the evenings. Thankyou very much for our wonderful stay, we hope to be back again soon :)

    "Had a great stay."

Upon entering the property, be delighted by the seamless blend of exposed brick, vaulted ceilings, wooden beams, and unique decor pieces with modern appliances in the kitchen, creating a perfect harmony of historic charm and contemporary convenience.

Cook up a storm in the kitchen, and savour your meal at the spacious dining table, awaiting long dinner party natter and family bonding.
