  • "Rachel and David are very accommodating and helpful."

Very pleasant stay for me and my 11 year old ex-Military GSD. Will be back, for sure. The working farm suits my/our lifestyle as me and my dog always start our day at 04:00 am, and it is very comforting to know that others are early starters in my surroundings as I do not like to disturb my neighbours. Will highly recommend.

Our young children loved the trip - feeding a lamb in the stables was the highlight for our toddler, together with meeting the farm owners who were very welcoming. And there was lots more to see close by including horses, sheep, cows, tractors etc... a real experience for our city kids! It’s a short walk to the local village where the pub restaurant’s food is very tasty and service is family friendly, albeit a little pricey. And within a short drive there’s lots more to explore - splendid villages, pubs, walks and the farm shop with a great animal area and playground.
