"The pod was well very cozy in middle of no where but had easy access."

To m4 and Swindon. There was shop near by. The owner Janet was very friendly and polite and left us alone to do as we please. She was only a phone call away. The pod was big had every think we needed for our stay. The bonus. Was your allowed dogs to stay. And then there was 2 horses that was on site. The only thing I would have like was a mop and buck and broom or hoover to help maintain the floor . Other than that it was 100% good. This be our home for when we come and visit our family who live in Swindon purton and my daughter who lives in slough. I would recommend to stay here 100%

"Lovely little pod, which was well equipped and cosy."

A lovely bottle of Prosecco and some dog treats for our dog from the owners, which was a lovely gesture. Peaceful setting and good location. We had a couple of beautiful ponies next to our pod which made it even more special when we woke every morning. Would certainly recommend and definitely return.

"Well, what can we say other than fantastic!"

So clean, well equipped and just a wonderful experience. Excellent condition with all you could wish for in a quiet relaxing environ. Excellent all round, we couldn't fault it, Ted (Dog) loved it just as much as me and my good lady.

The large village of Lyneham is situated at the southern end of the Cotswold Hills, in rural northern Wiltshire, close to the border with Gloucestershire. Lyneham is probably best remembered as the base of the RAF’s Hercules fleet; the base was closed in 2012 and now hosts a Defence Training College. The village is well served by local businesses, including restaurants, pubs and shops, whilst the larger community of Royal Wootton Bassett is just 4 miles away. The friendly market town of Wootton Bassett was granted Royal patronage in 2011, due to its link with the repatriation of military personnel who sadly lost their lives serving their country overseas. It boasts a weekly market and also offers a good selection of local shops and inns, and provides an ideal touring base from which to explore the attractions of Wiltshire and beyond. The town is close to the historic Lydiard Park, Bowood and Longleat, with the ancient sites of Avebury and Stonehenge nearby.
