"Lovely converted barn in an easily accessed spot right on the main road for exploring nearby Corsham, Chippenham, Melksham, Bath & Bristol."
Large and convenient gated field for dog walking right across the road from the farm, perfect for tiring out your four-legged friends before settling down for a cosy night in, in the large, comfortable lounge. Charlotte was the perfect host and has thought of everything you could possibly need for a relaxing, self-catered break. We'll definitely be back!

This Wiltshire holiday home, and Grade 2 listed building, is suited to two couples, attached to the owner's home, and enjoying access to luscious, shared gardens, it's a fantastic base for outdoor adventures.
Park up in the ample off-road space and hook your car up to the EV charging point if you need to, before heading inside to hang coats and leave boots in the hall.
Continue through to the open-plan living space, featuring a fitted kitchen on the right, complete with a handy dishwasher, and a dining table to the left.
Discover a plush corner suite at the other end of the room, positioned before the large Smart TV, with a sofa bed too for accommodating ground-floor living.
A disabled-friendly wet room also lies on the ground floor including a shower chair and handrails, whilst up on the first floor is a contemporary bathroom with a P-shape bath and overhead shower.
Mind your head on the rustic and traditional ceiling beams as you make your way to the first bedroom, boasting a double bed with elegant lighting and a window overlooking the garden.

Chequers Barn is ideally placed on the A4 road connecting you to a host of fantastic locations, with the centre of Corsham just down the road, home to scatterings of limestone buildings, many of which are Grade II listed, with shops, restaurants, and pubs amidst them.
The grand Corsham Court rests within the town, privately owned but open to the public for viewing the staterooms and gardens, showcasing an excellent art collection and well worth a visit.
The Corsham Almshouse and Schoolroom is another historic building to see, with Grade I listed status, it offers a fascinating insight into education 350 years ago.
Head over to the city of Bath to walk the grand streets and visit the renowned attractions and buildings here, most notably the Royal Crescent, an iconic row of Georgian houses used numerous times for films and TV, now home to The Royal Crescent Hotel & Spa and No 1 Royal Crescent, a heritage museum.
Another great day out can be had at the National Trust's Lacock Abbey, Fox Talbot Museum and Village, the former home to the creator of the photographic negative, along with Whitehall Garden Centre which has ice skating at Christmas.
