  • "Cottage was lovely well equipped."

Mattress cover was stained. Cobwebs in the eaves. Carpet not appropriate for dog friendly properties, solid flooring that could be wiped would have been better. Sally Joanne was very helpful who went above and beyond to make sure our stay was a positive one, which it was. Thankyou

With the on-site restaurant close-by, we did not need to drive anywhere for our evening meal and drinks. Very comfortable and clean.

  • "We had a good week holiday wise,However, this cottage in our opinion does not rate as a 4 tick property, we arrived at 4 pm."

cottage not ready and still being cleaned ( not a good start ) Furnisings and fittings whilst useable rather basic, No kitchen cleaning products and small things like table mats etc. not there, and no hairdryer, small things perhaps but perhaps expected in a 4 tick property. We have stayed in quite a few of your really lovely cottages but sadly this was not one of them. However it was clean and plenty of heat and hot water. We will not be using this cottage again, shame as it could be made good with attention to details.

Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback. We are pleased to hear you had a great week, please note that any additional comments have been taken on board and passed to the relevant team to ensure improvements are carried out where necessary. Property Owner
