  • "Fantastic cottage , very comfortable , love the little historic touches"

  • "Thank you for another great stay, we were very very happy to find a shower had been fitted plus there were more little extras there than last year which were greatly appreciated, we will definitely be booking again."

The only other thing that would be nice is a simple coffee pod machine, as long as the make/model is advertised as things you get then people can bring their own pods to suit. apart from this everything was superb.

  • "Lovely property, nice and clean."

Could do with a washing up bowl in the kitchen, but that’s not a big deal.

  • "The accommodation is absolutely beautiful!"

Has everything you need available. However when we arrive the large sofa was a bit wonky, turns out the legs are very loose and skew, I tried the straighten them but it didn’t help, I text Sarah the number given on the sheet to notify, but don’t know if she got the text as I never got a response

  • "We had a really lovely stay meeting up with family, however there were no instructions of recycling so put everything in big yellow bin!"

Also no instructions about stripping beds/ towels in bath etc. usually there are instructions. The dishwasher was completely unusable as the washing machine which is integrated has obviously moved out and completely blocks the dishwasher( one. Way of keeping it pristine I suppose !) anyway only small niggles otherwise a beautiful rural setting with just the sheep for company. Bliss. How quiet it would be on race day, might be another matter, still very interested in history of the place. Might have been nice to have instructions of how to reach nearest pub , we did find “ The New Inn” and had a very nice meal, but had to ask a dog walker for directions. There again small things but you asked for feedback

  • "We had an extremely lovely stay at the Segrave, it had all you could wish for regarding kitchen facilities etc and was very comfortable, we would recommend anyone staying here and as we were taking part in the Hillclimb that weekend it made the whole experience extra special."

    Thank you.

  • "A characterful, pleasant, inviting property in a very beautiful location."

Extremely well equipped in all rooms. We took a little time to get used to the quirky nature of the building but once accustomed we were OK. It was fun watching the cars racing up the road but the noise was somewhat intrusive. A few leaflets on interesting places to visit would have been helpful. PS. Sarah of the Shelsley Walsh Hill Climb Organisation was extremely pleasant and helpful when we had minor problems operating the hob and the freezer. Thank you.

  • "Both "Segrave" and "Campbell" are beautiful cottages, owned and operated by the Midland Automobile Club."

We found Segrave ideal as a relaxing base to come back to after our excursions around Worcester, Hereford and Malvern. Other than a small Mace store 3 miles away, the nearest shops are in Worcester and Tenbury, so it helps to come prepared with bread & milk etc. We very much enjoyed having the Shelsley Walsh hill climb on our doorstep, including a weekend of motor racing which really did not interfere or spoil the stay. We would quite happily stay in these cottages again.

  • "Lovely location, although would be quite noisy if there was a race meeting on as it is on the start line!"

Any motor sports fans would love it! very clean and well appointed, beds super comfy. Warm and cosy, would definitely stay again.

  • "What great two cottages, we booked them both as we were two families and exceeded the six rule we took them both and were extremely please."

In a beautiful spot surrounded by fields, woods, sheep and such peace and quite (not sure unless i was a car enthusiast would rent if there was a hill climb on but I am sure they would either not rent or would warn you. Pretty sure we were the first families in there as everything seemed to be brand new. Kitchens had everything you would ever need (and we cooked). Couple of things I would love to chat to the owners or managers directly so hope after this they put me in touch directly. Nothing big at all but I rent properties and you can always improve small things. By the way the beds and bedding were stunning and so comfy. They do mention but be aware they are old quirky cottages with creaky uneven floors and small steep stair cases but again I was bought up in that type of house so for us it was lovely. Surrounding area has plenty to do and places to visit. Nice pubs, places to eat and lovely walks. Would go back again tomorrow. Only complaint was we wanted to stay longer. Thank you.
