  • "A lovely little find!"

The place is very well appointed and the owner has manage to fit a lot in such a small space. All mod cons available. Bed was super comfy! Owner quick to respond when we needed a grater! Garden is courtyard size and was fine for our little pooch. Would only be better if the double doors could open straight onto courtyard so that we didn’t have to keep taking him out! But that really is a first world problem! Would definitely stay again!

    Thank you Kerry Property Owner

  • "Perfect as a base for us whilst visiting relations."

If there had been air con in the studio it would have been very welcome as we visited in the middle of a heatwave. However an enormous fan was provided. We would book again.

  • "We had a lovely stay and the cottage is well located for exploring the local area."

All amenities were there and the cottage was comfortable. As we have a dog the enclosed garden was a must. It was advertised as having grass as well as a seating area. In reality this garden was tiny - just enough for a table and chairs, no grass and not big enough for a medium sized dog to to get into. It would have been better had the ‘garden’ been extended to include the front door so we could have left the door open as it was hot. Even though this was no fault of the owner we found the evenings noisy due to loud music which apparently came from the next village along and road noise is considerable too.

There is no lawn I’ve never said there is so that needs to be removed, there’s a large park 100 yards up the road and a grassed area over the road. Dogs weren’t originally welcome but I made it dog friendly so people with a dog can take there pet on holiday with them, nobody else has complained about this. As for the noise it was the lake fest at eastner they have every year, and there is a road past the house which everyone who lives along this road puts up with and some of the houses are over a million pounds each ? I noticed they marked me down on cleanliness it was spotless and they haven’t put why ? If they wanted all of this why didn’t they pay more money and get something bigger. I let dogs stay for free I just checked and a dog kennel for 3 nights is £100 and a 3 night stay in a basic room in weatherspoons Tewkesbury is £318 so £418 they paid £300 Kind regards Mark Property Owner

  • "The Pheasant’s Nest is a lovely accommodation located in Welland, near the Malvern Hills."

The suite is comfortable, conveniently accessed, and well stocked with everything you need for a short or long stay. Close to amazing walks, quaint villages, and tasty restaurants (the Boathouse in Upton is a must try!), this is my favourite place to stay in the Midlands. I can’t wait to come back!
