• "The property was difficult to find in the dark."

  However, we were very pleased with the cleanliness and comfort of the property. The fact that you have to pass through the twin bedroom to get to the bathroom and main bedroom should highlighted more, we missed this information and did cause problem. The most unfortunate problem was the heating was intermitant and then failed completely, being Christmas it was not worth complaining, we did advise the owner, bit did not expect anything to be fixed due to christmas and the hot water failed on the last day. The swimming pool was good fun with the swim jet and jacuzzi end, however, the heating was via the house boiler so it felt cold.

• "Perfect rural getaway, kids and wife enjoyed a relaxing peaceful time."

  Pool was a little bit too cold for us. Games room was nice. Overall we enjoyed our time. Host was helpful. If anyone books remember to bring your own tea/coffee, sugar and milk.

  The facilities were just as described and there was everything we needed. Having a door directly into the swimming pool was an added bonus and the pool was a lovely place to relax after a busy day out and about.

• "We had a lovely stay, the cottage is very Rustic but that suits the environment."

  It was clean. All bed linen clean and fresh. The kitchen was exceptionally well stocked with every utensil you could need. The hist had provided washing up liquid and tea towels. The onky thing I couldn't find was dishwasher detergent but I had taken my own so no problem. There was also detergent for the washing machine. The pool was fun although a lot smaller than it looked in the photos. I had no problem as I am not tall but my husband is tall. The jets allow you to swim against the current which was interesting. The only criticism I had was that it could be warmer for the jacuzzi end. The games room was well stocked and we had a lot of fun trying to playing pool and darts. Overall we had a lovely relaxing weekend. The farm.shop was in walking distance and the town a little further but an enjoyable walk. The town is small but has everything you need. We were concerned about noise from the festival but we didn't hear it at the cottage.

  Well equipped house, lovely relaxing garden, quiet, but not far from Malvern. Bonus of swimming pool and games room, would definitely return.

• "We received a warm welcome from Dan on arrival who kindly showed us all the facilities."

  The Tack Room was comfortable and had all that we needed (good supply of crockery, cutlery, pans etc) although the furnishings were a little tired. Clean throughout but lots of cobwebs on the outside windows. Nice quiet area with nicely kept lawns and garden.

• "We enjoyed our staff at the Tack room and while the weather was not perfect we did manage to get out and about the Tack Room was very clean and tidy and more than sufficient equipment for the two of us."

  the only issue I found was the kitchen was rather small for the size of the cottage and with a little thought could be made bigger ? out side their is plenty of room and seating to soak up the sun and for our dog to run, Dan was very helpful, would problem return soon
