"The caravan was everything we could have hoped for."
It's location is perfect for a quiet getaway, as it is far enough out to be peacefully, whilst being close to many local attractions. We would definitely return!

"Great caravan as described, there are some signs of wear but nothing major."
Great WiFi, heating and shower. Crockery and cutlery could do with being replaced as all mismatched and not enough glasses. Beds and bedding of good quality and comfortable. Bedrooms could do with black out blinds due to external lights on caravan park. Great location and owner very helpful and responsive.

"Lovely positioned caravan with excellent views and perfect for exploring the Causeway Coast."
Clean and well-equipped. Good space for our group of 5 (3 adults, 2 children). Good wifi, shower, heating and kids liked the toys. Some trouble with front door lock so had to use back door which was a bit of a hassle. Owner responded quickly at all times and quickly replaced all bulbs in side lamps when we requested on first day. A few more hooks on doors, especially bathroom, would have been helpful. I would return to this accommodation.

"We were very disappointed with the caravan, the location was lovely, but the caravan felt very worn out, not at all like the pics, which must have been taken years ago."
the bedding was worn, the main bed was so hard we hardly got any sleep. the oven didn't work andwasn't clean and the pans inside the oven were not clean. the main door into the lounge wouldn't shut properly and i had to shut it from the outside and enter thru the other door. the toilet felt like it was coming away from the wall, there was no bulbs in the main bedroom bedside lamps, everything about the caravan felt tired and worn. the good points were the views, the shower, the heating and the wifi. we left two days early because we'd had enough of it by then. never again.

"This is our third time using Alken caravan."
It is perfect for our family. Such a quiet and beautiful setting, safe for small children, yet bang in the middle of so many great sites of the North Coast. The caravan was spotless, with toys for the kids, and all the amenities we would need. Host is excellent. Very quick to respond with anything we might need. Cannot rate highly enough and, as with every other time, we will be back!

"Our stay was so relaxing and comfortable."
The caravan was very well set up with everything to hand, clean and welcoming. The views are stunning, especially from the decking. The owner was very welcoming and keeps the grounds immaculate. Close to all the amazing sites the Causeway coast has to offer, we would throughly recommend Alken Caravan.

"The mobile home was very lovely and cosy."
It had everything that we needed: central heating, extra blankets for colder nights, fully equipped kitchen, adult and children books, a DVD player with DVDs, games and toys, and even a place for a barbecue (if you want to bring one)! We had a wonderful stay, we're looking forward to going back! (If you're planning a longer stay, then please note that there is no washing machine and dishwasher in the mobile home.) Compared to other caravan parks, this was a very peaceful and quiet one, so it was a nice surprise for us!

"Good location, spacious caravan, good views."
This caravan gave us all we wanted for our weeks holiday. Special likes : The shower. Unlikes: Double bed mattress too hard for us but would suit many.
-
"Beautiful caravan with the most amazing view."
Listing stated there was a washing machine but it wasn’t in the caravan, but as it was a short stay we didn’t need it. The owner was great and sorted any problems quickly. The location was close to places to visit. Would definitely stay again.

"Very tidy site in a lovely spot with stunning views."
Just a short drive to the coastline with choice of places to admire. Ballintoy was awesome! Personally greeted by the owner who showed us around and made us feel very welcome. Caravan was neat and tidy and fully equipped for our stay. We loved it - highly recommended!

"The site is in a lovely rural location."
Only the farmer's house, a wooden lodge, the static and space for a few tourers. Static good value accomodation but needing some interior TLC - mattress and sofa uncomfortable, cleaning seemed cursory etc. Absence of any welcome or welcome pack unusual. Because of location, WiFi not strong.
