Ballard Cottage And Annexe
Ballard Cottage and Annexe are a pairing of lovely holiday homes resting outside Lislea near Newry in County Armagh, Northern Ireland. Both of these homes welcome your four-legged friend, have handy open-plan living spaces and have off-road parking so that unloading is nice and easy. Just across from these homes is the public walking path to Slieve Gulllion mountain where you will find the mythical lake and passage tomb. Just a short distance from Killeavy Castle and Slieve Gullion adventure park and walks. Once you leave to explore, you’ll find a shop a short drive away for any essentials, as well as some places to drink with The Mountain Bar and Doyle’s bar both well worth a visit for some friendly atmosphere. Be sure to visit Newry on your travels to take in the scenery of the Bernish viewpoint, as well as soaking in the history of the Ballymacdermott Court Tomb. The Newry and Mourne Museum is also on offer should you wish to educate yourself on the town. You won’t want to miss Slieve Gullion Forest Park, a great day for walking and getting those steps in.
