  • "Out of all of the self-catering houses and cottages that I have stayed in over the years, The Range is among the best."

Great setting, comfortable accomodations, incredibly well appointed, and the hosts are truly superb. I will definitely be booking The Range again when I return to Co. Wexford with my family.

  • "Highly recomend the property."

Loved our stay here. Great location to visit many places but very secluded. My children loved waking up to see the cows in the morning.

  • "We have property in the area but for reasons we could not stay there, this barn felt like home property itself was like a tardis plenty of room as we had alot of family visiting, great kitchen large open plan lounge and bedrooms all great sizes ( all with bathrooms attached)."

The court yard and house was surrounded by a working farm but you really would not realise this, cows calves in the fields, bulls in the other bird life in abundance, My parents who are 87 and 89 cannot stop talking about the holiday ( and trust me not easy to please ).also a great location to travel north or south as near the new ring road, ennuscothy 5 minutes. If you want quiet recharge the batteries this is the place for you. Gerard

The oven doesn't work they expected you to pay more money for electricity and oil when after paying all the money to stay the in the first place we couldn't wash with out put heat on we were cold all week and the kitchen items need up dateing

There are instructions there to show you how to start the oven and if it had not been working I would expect you to ring me straight away, have had no other complaints about this. It is written in the conditions that the oil and electricity is meter read and charged at the end of the stay . Water is heated by an immersion which I showed them and there is a stove in the main living area with free fire wood ( if they did not want to turn on the heating which they did not use. Good location for travel about county wexford. Relaxing and peaceful area. Property owner very helpful and at end of phone if need be. She gave guidance on best places to dine and to visit which turned out to be excellent choices.

  • "Overall the property was in a good location for us as a holiday, it was spacious and catered to almost all of our needs and the basic cost was good value for money, and we did have good holiday."

However, some of the interior was a bit tired and would benefit from being updated, I was also not aware that there would be an extra charge for use the of electricity (this was probably because I missed it in the fine print).

  • "(1) Neither the Wi-Fi or Washing Maching Worked."

    (2) Instructions on Use of Oven Very Difficult to Follow. (3) More Transparency on the Cost of Electricty & Gas would have been Appreciated. (4) Were Not Given the Meter Reading at Start or End of the Week. (5) Cost of €130.00 (which included a discount for No Wi-Fi) was More than Expected on Top of Rental Cost.

The house is warm and comfortable with a large open feel. It’s an easy drive into Enniscorthy. The owners are lovely. I relaxed totally in the rural isolation this house affords. I’ll be going back.

  • "The house was in a beautiful location on a farm, close to Enniscorthy."

Very spacious, comfortable and well equipped. The sun room was a great place to sit and read or chat while having a drink. Lots of interesting places and lovely beaches fairly close by. A few of the light bulbs needed replacing and a some cleaning products would have helped. The electricity cost was more than expected. Maybe if the light bulbs were all replaced with low energy bulbs it would be less. Apart from this, a lovely place, welcoming and friendly owners and good value for money.

Lola made sure that we had everything we needed and made us all feel very welcome. My family are from the locality, so the location was ideal; and it is ideally placed for exploring the county and its many attractions. The rural setting is perfect for a relaxing break; we will be booking again. The cottage and the surroundings were clean, tidy and homely, with great attention to detail. It really was a home from home, and a credit to the Jacob family. Many thanks to Lola and Glenn and we look forward to the next visit Tony Denton

I spoke to two of the team and both gave the best customer service I had ever had. They were efficient and very likeable. They sounded interested and their opinions were very helpful. The saving on the ferry cost was amazing and this should be advertised more on your website. I have already been recommending your website. With regard to the cottage...it was brilliant and we would definitely use it again. Beautiful spacious cottage with great facilities and location. The owner was lovely and couldn't have been more helpful. She even drove up the road to find one of our party when they got lost!
