  • "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Kyleatunna Cottage and will definitely return."

The cottage was comfortable and homely and had a good range of facilities. It was a relaxing stay and we didn't miss having a TV or a dishwasher. The open fire was idyllic. The owners could not have been any more helpful and we would thoroughly recommend this cottage to others.

Thanks for the really nice feedback. Feel welcome to come back anytime! Warmly Marjonneke and Heber Property Owner

  • "Great place to stay."

We loved the fact there was no TV, and the internet was very good. Easy access to Ennis and local garage shop in easy access, you do need transport, but that applies to any cottage in Eire. A very clean and comfortable place to stay, great value for money and everything we wanted. Very quiet and relaxing.

Thanks so much for this great feedback! We are happy we can share our second home like this. Feel welcome again! Property Owner

  • "The best cottage ever."

It was exactly as described, but better. Everything you could possibly want, is there. The place has a lovely atmosphere. There are enough corners to pull back in a comfy chair. The furniture is clean and comfortable. Highly recommended! The host easy to reach.

Thanks for this great feedback! Feel welcome to come back again. Happy to hear you had a good time! Property Owner

  • "We have definitely enjoyed our stay."

And the house was just lovely. The only thing missing is a diswasher. But I have to admit, I didn't mind doing the dishes by hand :-)

Thanks a lot for the good feedback! A dishwasher would be nice indeed. We are going to look where to place it our next time over. Feel welcome any time again! Property Owner

  • "We had a fabulous time at Kyleatunna Cottage and would highly recommend it."

We loved its location from which you can explore in all four directions (something you can’t do when you rent at the coast); we loved the cottage which is beautifully presented (dining table set, including wine glasses and candles, as you walk in - nice touch!), extremely well equipped, very clean, warm and comfortable; we loved that we could bring our dog (there was even dog bowls and bedding provided) and we loved that communication with the owner was easy and uncomplicated. One of the best places we have stayed in!

Wauw :D thanks so much! You were a very nice guest to have. Thanks for the feedback and maybe we can welcome you again! Property Owner

  • "Just had a last minute, short stay (3 nights) but found the cottage to be lovely, and exactly as described."

Very well appointed and clean. Seemed strange not to have a TV or microwave given all the other amenities were so good (including the WiFi), but could not fault the provision from hot water to condiments, towels and even bin bags! Agree with some other comments about the key lock - took 10 mins to figure out how to re-lock it when we were leaving! :) Nevertheless thanks for a lovely stay, the cottage was great and the location was perfect!

Thanks so much and great to hear! Thanks for the comments. We will definitely have a look at the key lock when we are there. That should be easier. There is a microwave but a bit hidden in the washing room. We will have a look to make that more visible. TV we are looking at for the coming year. You are welcome anytime again! Property Owner

  • "Kyleatunna Cottage was absolutely idyllic."

It is perfectly situated! We could easily travel to all that Clare/Limerick had to offer within 45/50 minutes. The house itself was absolutely perfect. It was beautiful, comfortable and had absolutely everything we could need. It was perfectly clean. We got great use out of the garden furniture when the sun was shining. There was even tennis balls and food bowls for our furry friend! The kids loved playing around the garden... the toys and garden chalk that were left for them brought them so much joy! We had a fantastic holiday and would absolutely love to return. I will certainly be recommending Kyleatunna Cottage to anyone looking to explore County Clare. Thank you!

Thank you!! Happy to host you. You’re a great guest. See you again! Property Owner

  • "Hi there, We loved our stay."

The house was great! ...very generously and thoughtfully supplied with everything for human and dog! I loved the wild garden. The area is really lovely and great information given too on local amenities. I loved the nearby Lissycasey loop walk in particular ,-very near Fanny O Deas for the cuppa afterwards. I recommend the house very highly. My only very small problem was it would have been great to throw the keys in the door on leaving as found puck lock hard to close. All very lovely though. Thank You.. Cáit and the happy dog Holly

Thank you for this lovely feedback! Thanks for letting us know about the lock. We will see what we can do about that. You’re welcome again! Property Owner

  • "The cottage is fabulously clean, well thought out and EVERYTHING you need is there."

We could not fault anything. Spacious, clean, private, its exceptional. We would love to come back and stay in the cottage again if ever we got the chance. There is no television or radio, but there is Wi-Fi which has a good signal so you could watch something on a tablet or laptop if you had one with you. There is also a bluetooth speaker which we used to listen to our music. There are books and games too if you want to make use. We truly enjoyed our stay at Kyleatunna Cottage.

  • "We stayed in the cottage for 4 nights and really enjoyed how well organised the house was!"

Very well equipped kitchen and all the equipment and furniture was in very good shape. We were happy that there was a travel cot supplied but also a high chair and dishware. We felt very much at home there and loved the shower! During our stay there was an unannounced water outage because if works that were done down the street. Marjonneke was quick to find out more about this and help resolving the issue. Great bakery recommendation!

  • "Lovely cottage in a very peaceful location."

Had a real home from home feel with lots of thoughtful extras provided like dog bowls and toys and children’s toys and games. The kitchen was well equipped and the utility area was useful. The house was warm and cosy and the bed was very comfortable. Good location for exploring the area and lots to see and do although a car is definitely needed. Garden needs a little maintenance to make it more accessible and usable but the patio area had outdoor seating. Overall we really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend.

Thank you for the lovely feedback! We will go after the garden. We are happy to welcome you again! Property Owner
