The property

Kenmare 2 miles.

A delightful country house in rural Ballygriffin, just a short drive from the beautiful coastal town of Kenmare.

Traditionally finished, with spectacular views of the countryside, this house makes a fantastic destination for family and friends to enjoy their Irish break away.

The house is finished to a good standard and offers three comfortable bedrooms upstairs, with the main one enjoying its own en-suite and balcony.

The ground floor is home to an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area complete with exposed wooden beams and a stone fireplace fitted with a solid fuel stove.

The ground floor then also extends to a snug with a solid fuel stove, as well as a sun room with dining table and patio doors, so you can step out and sit in the warm summer sun as you take in the fresh Irish air or have a picnic in the garden while the young ones stretch their legs.

Nearby Kenmare is a highly popular town where you will find a great range of places for you to have a bite to eat or go for a drink, with some good Irish music on offer.

Pull on your walking boots and explore the surrounding countryside, hop in the car and discover the Ring of Kerry and the Wild Atlantic Way, or take a trip to the Priest’s Leap and take in the breathtaking sights.

A superb house that won't disappoint!

Where you’ll be staying

KENMARE, COUNTY KERRY

Glengarriff 19 miles; Killarney 25 miles.

A picturesque town situated on the stunning Bay of Kenmare, overlooking the gleaming Atlantic Ocean. Beautiful beaches, wildlife and lovely scenery abound here. The coastline is rugged with sandy beaches close by, while pebble beaches surround the bay itself. Kenmare is an interesting town, full of character and colour, with long winding streets setting the scene for farmers' markets, artists' galleries, lovely little boutiques and some of the best restaurants in Ireland! The town is also situated on the Ring of Kerry and Wild Atlantic Way. The famous town of Killarney has an abundance of attractions, pubs, festivals and its National Park is about 35 minutes’ drive away, and though there is much to see and do here, the pace of life is still leisurely and unhurried. With the Beara and Dingle Peninsulas nearby and the Ring of Kerry and Wild Atlantic Way to explore, makes this an ideal base for exploring Kerry to Cork. This great location is not to be missed!
