• "Lovely house in the loveliest town in kerry if not Ireland."

  House was home from home if my home was kept spotless. Great garden for my comrade (dog) even though it was very funny at beginning to see him trying to walk on the stoned garden. He managed it in the end. I will definitely return.

• "3-bedroom property on edge of a private housing estate - 5 mins from centre by car, 10 mins on foot."

  Some short walks close by but majority of sights further afield, at least 1hr by car. Always good to find somewhere dog friendly and enclosed back is great. Minor issue with TV failure sorted quickly. Very friendly host and welcome basket much appreciated. Only issue was some of the beds not the most comfortable. Otherwise, the house had everything needed.

• "We absolutely loved our stay a Pebble Lodge."

  We brought our dog Ted along as well and he gives the holiday a big paws up. Very clean, well located property with everything supplied that you could need. The welcome hamper was a lovely touch too. We even got to meet the owners, a lovely couple who could not be more helpful. We will definitely be coming back.

• "A lovely property, spotlessly clean."

  Very well equipped kitchen and comfortable lounge The owner was very good in coming back to me when I was requesting the key code. The welcome pack was one of the best I have ever had, and the house instructions for cooker etc were easy to understand. Location is 10 minute walk from the town centre in a quiet street but very easy to travel around Kerry from. I would recommend this property to every one

• "We had a lovely stay in Pebble Lodge in Kenmare."

  Everything was perfect for our stay. Location was great - a short stroll into town. The house was very well stocked and very comfortable and the welcome hamper was a really lovely gesture which included treats for our little dog. The back garden was also very well kept. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to rent a house in Kenmare

• "Just back from a fabulous stay in Pebble lodge it was exactly as advertised everything was taken into account including a well-informed journal on all household appliances and a hand drawn map on a short cut walk into town."

  The house itself was in pristine condition with beautiful decor and lovely fresh flower arrangement on the dining room table the kitchen had everything you would need with plenty of condiments to enhance your dinning.The enclosed back garden is perfectly kept with a lovely outside picnic table sit and enjoy a late evening drink. The lovely treat basket was a really nice touch and most apreiciated after a long drive down. All in all a jewel in the Kingdom. Kind regards until we call again. John and friends.

• "Kenmare is a lovely place to stay with access to the wonderful scenery of Kerry."

  The only downside is the location of Pebble cottage in the town. It is in a residential area so we had some disturbance at night with people outside. The house is comfortable and clean with everything you need.

  Hi Lesley, in reply to your comments above, I did call by on Friday before you left and you had stated that you had a lovely stay and did not mention any issues to me about disturbance at night. It is clearly stated on the property advert where the house is located and a description of the property. If you had read the previous reviews of the property it is often mentioned that the house is within walking distance of Kenmare town and 5 minute walk from local shop, that is why this property is popular with guests for the convenience of this. Photos of the property also clearly show that it is a semi-detached property and that there is other properties in the background. Private residential street parking is also mentioned in the advert. • "Lovely quiet, comfy stay with good facilities, especially the 2nd bathroom and downstairs wc."

  Also location was a plus....just a 12-15 min walk into Kenmare and 3 mins in the car. Just a couple of small suggestions...a dish/cutlery rack for the kitchen draining board ....and each bedroom really would benefit from a single chair....none in any bedroom to lay clothes or sit down when dressing. Also, on full payment, we would like the Key safe code in our final confirmation (as with most properties we book with you) ....bothersome to have to call the owner for the code...kept missing each other !!! Otherwise, a totally enjoyable week in a beautiful region. Thank you.

• "We had a lovely stay in Pebble Lodge."

  The house was warm, and spacious with very comfortable beds and seating. The house had everything you would need and we received a lovely welcome basket on arrival. Our four legged friend was also not forgotten with some little treats waiting for her too. The enclosed garden was also great to let our little dog out with peace of mind and there were labels and instructions left to help us use the heating and appliances if needed. Pebble Lodge is also in a good location with a short stroll into beautiful Kenmare. Hope to get back again soon.

• "Had a fab stay recently at Pebble cottage, as we were over for a family christening."

  Exactly as described and what we were after with a 3year old toddler in tow. All amenities available (including a welcome hamper with cupcakes, they went down well) and was just a short walk into town, which had plenty of bars/restaurants. Definitely would recommend.

• "We were thrilled we chose Pebble Lodge."

  The kitchen was well stocked with teas and coffees as well as a wonderful welcome hamper and note. The accommodation was comfortable, as were the beds. Our little dog loved exploring the fenced in back garden. The home is in a great location and we enjoyed the ten minute walk to town and all the lovely shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants it had to offer. We enjoyed walking to the stone circle and pier too. We stocked up at Aldi, but then found the supermarket center next to it was better for ready meals and organic produce- both a 5 minute drive away. Our host responded to questions quickly and was kind and thoughtful. We could not have been happier.

• "Pebble Lodge is just perfect."

  We had an amazing stay here. It is beautifully equipped with everything you need. Great deco, comfortable beds, lovely bed linen. Very dog friendly with very secure back garden. A short walk into town as well making a great place to stay. Will be rebooking for next year.

• "We stayed in Pebble lodge for a week ."

  I was with my husband and 2 teenagers . Eileen left a lovely welcome package . The house was very clean and cosy and there was a lovely garden too. The house was so close to Kenmare and an ideal base to tour the beautiful county of Kerry . The weather was amazing EIleen couldnt have been more helpful .It was a magical holiday from.start to finish .

• "The house was excellent, clean, fresh and well stocked."

  It had absolutely everything we needed. It is a 10 minute walk into town and 5 mins from a good shop. We arrived to a generous welcome hamper and milk in the fridge.There is a lovely back garden with a seating area. It is one of the best houses we have stayed in. I recommend this house to anyone interested in staying in Kenmare.

• "The house was spotlessly clean and all essentials were provided."

  The home owner was very helpful and made sure we were comfortable and happy. The house is in a quiet cul de sac and within very easy access to the town / shops / restaurants etc. If we wish to go back to Kenmare, we would love to come back to Pebble Lodge.

• "Pebble Lodge liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Wohngegend und Kenmare Zentrum ist zu fuß in 10 Minuten zu erreichen."

  Das Haus hat alles was man braucht und ein schöner Willkommensgruß war auch da. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war super einfach und sehr nett. Einkaufmöglichkeiten sind um die Ecke. Ich würde das Haus sofort wieder buchen, es hat mir sehr gut gefallen.
