  • "Myself and my wife had a wonderful 2 week stay at Raheen."

The property owners are both the most welcoming and kindest of people. We have holidayed in Ireland too many times to mention but have had the warmest of welcomes ever from the hosts at Raheen. This was our second visit to this property and we have already booked to go again next year. The kindness shown to us by the hosts was beyond exceptional, thank you again Jane-Ann and John, from Mark & Sheila

Everything you could want is available including bbq, beach chairs, toiletries. We arrived late in the evening. Jane-Ann contacted us to make sure we had good directions and to let us know there was plenty of food in the fridge. She had prepared salads, cold meats, breads, wine, beer, cider, milk and a birthday cake for me! She had also left fresh flowers, a birthday card, fruit and chocolates. She then made us fresh warm scones on our first and last morning. She was helpful throughout with suggestions and ideas for visits and so kind and friendly. We honestly were overwhelmed by her generosity. The property was clean, comfortable, well maintained, easy to find with beautiful views and a garden.

The view was amazing and kept us fascinated for a week with the daily routine of the cows and the farm opposite. We loved the cottage and the area and had a full week doing the "Wild Atlantic Way" from Glengarriff to Tramore...
