• "Getting access to the property was not done as per previously advertised despite message being sent to owner few hours prior to arrival time."

  This created longer waiting time to access the property. In terms of property cleanliness there was an evidence of cat/cats live in there with the owner when not rented out (hair on floor and beds). We experienced regular noise from upstairs apartment through the night. There is a very unique house rules in place - copy available if required - which most guests would definitely find amusing say the least!! Property decors not as per advertised this would need to be updated to avoid misleading and perhaps guest disappointment.

• "Nice property, everything you need for a short break."

  Close to all local amenities, 1 minute walk to beach and dog friendly. Geoff the owner is very helpful and on hand if needed.

  But bit of a funky one with too many lights and gizmo. But if you are into such, might be a great experience.

• "Host Geoffry was friendly, courteous and helpful."

  Enjoyed feeding cats and fish. Decor was very impressive. Excellent location.

Thats what counts plus of course this wonderful location on the North Coast, the home of N Irish golf with many great courses including the British Open championship course Royal Portrush. • "The apartment was beautiful and Geoff was a great host."

  Very attentive and when we had an issue with the water he arrived within 5 minutes to fix it - we had switched it off by mistake!! The only issue we found was with hanging up wet towels after a shower - there isn’t anywhere to do that. Small issue and did not take away from our enjoyment. Would definitely recommend

• "The property was clean, comfortable and spacious."

  All facilities and amenities that could have been asked for were provided and the owner, Geoffrey, was friendly and approachable and available to fix a couple of teething problems the hot water. During a cold week there were electric heaters to back up the central heating. Geoff even provided enough food for our first night with the local shop being closed when we arrived. It would have been enough to have stayed in the apartment out of the cold weather but the train station was 20 yards away and the shop was open for provisions during the day. There was just one local bar which was very quiet most of the time but then, it was February. My brother and I would very much like to visit this property again during the summer, for better weather and more facilities in the village and to visit places we didn't see this time. Thank you, Geoff, for letting out such a great apartment!

• "We had a great stay at Geoff's apartment all amenities where so close beach, pub shop and railway station."

  The apartment was lovely and warm it had smart TVs in all the rooms with great WIFI. Nice and clean and comfortable. Geoffrey was a great host and nothing was a bother for him. Thanks again Geoff

• "This is one of the best self-catering accommodation we have every stayed in."

  It had everything we needed. All the amenities were a two minute walk away, supermarket, train station with an hourly service to Belfast and Derry and the lovely sandy beach. The owner was very friendly and helpful. It was perfect. If it didn't involve a ferry crossing on the Irish Sea we would definitely go there again.

• "We had such a great time."

  The property was everything we expected and much more. The location couldn't be better, close to the train station and easy access to the beach. Geoffrey was there when we arrived to go over everything in the apartment and available at anytime should we have questions. Looking forward to visiting again.

• "Apartment is exactly as it looks."

  Very clean Great location. Right beside fantastic beach. Great base for heading to any of the costal attractions. Would definitely rebook.
