  • "Just returned wonderful stay the cottage has everything you need."

The area was beautiful and the view from the conservatory is idyllic. My family enjoyed the games room and the hot tub. If I had to pick a fault I would say a few throws / blankets in the living room would be nice as we sat out a lot looking at the beautiful view.

  • "This was a Lovely Holiday Property."

Great accommodation really spacious with everything you could need. You could sit on the terrace or in the Hot tub and look out over the fields to the lovely view of the sea. Really quiet and relaxing with a great Games room for Kids and adults (ours were 10 & 12). It had Pool, Darts, Table Tennis, Air Hockey, table football and the winner for us was the Go Kart which the kids adored. Visited the Maritime Museum, Malin Point and Donegal Castle as all not too far.

Thank you so much for the wonderful review. Property Owner

  • "This is a beautifully appointed and positioned cottage, a great base for exploring Donegal and also Antrim Coast."

Spacious, comfortable and well-equipped property. The games room and hot tub provided lots of entertainment. Short walk into Muff with nice restaurant (Treehouse) and takeaway place (Food guru). Short drive to Inish adventurers or Culdaff beach for sunny days and Doagh famine village or Derry for rainy ones. Would thoroughly recommend staying here.

Plenty of space to sit together in the huge sitting area with a lovely cosy fire and under floor heating. The hot tub was a great hit with the younger ladies as was the games room. Gerard our host was very helpful with any questions we had regarding the area and cottage. Will definitely return but this time we’ll stay longer. I highly recommend Rose Cottage, a beautiful place to relax and enjoy a get together with family and friends.

    E. duvets where exceptionally warm. Extra facilities included a hot tub which proved very popular with my wife and a games room with pool/snooker table and darts board also popular when the weather was a bit inclement.Gerald the owner is a very friendly and helpful host and lives close by. The property is located only a short walk from the village of Muff and is ideally situated for exploring Inishowen and the North Antrim Coast and an easy hours drive gets you to the Giants Causeway and the Bushmills distillery. The Inishowen peninsular alone offers plenty of interesting spots to visit all within easy driving distances.
