"Pauline was very friendly and gave us a warm welcome."
We were thankful for the welcome pack as we arrived in the evening after a long journey. The house worked well for us and we particularly liked the comfort of the upstairs space. It was lovely and clean but it did feel a bit tired in places - for example, the radiator in the kitchen is very rusty, the window in the kitchen by the sofa looks like it needs finishing off, there is a broken blind behind the sofa upstairs and there were various lightbulbs missing. Also, the dishwasher didn't clean particular well and we did try various settings. It feels like the filter needs a good clean. The location was lovely - we spent a lot of time walking on the beach and swimming in the sea. McCrorys was also a lovely pub and restaurant. Overall, a lovely week in a lovely part of Ireland.
Thank you Alison for your feedback, points noted and will be taken care off. So happy you and your family enjoyed our beautiful village and my little cottage. Thank you for staying. Property Owner

Pauline was very kind and accomodating and looked after us really well. The beautiful beach was close by and the Hotel a five minute walk away. Food in the Hotel was fabulous and lots to see and do in the area. Overall we would highly recommend this holiday stay to anyone plus we had the added bonus of being able to take our dog with us.

"What a lovely, cosy cottage this is."
It was absolutely spotless, everything you could want for is there. Pauline was simply wonderful, just a text message (or phonecall) away. We very much appreciated the basket with supplies waiting for us on arrival. The beach is only a twenty minute walk from the house, which is where you can find a fantastic playground. Many breathtaking views to be seen nearby. Malin head, Glenveagh National Park, Grianan of Aileach to name a few. Doagh Famine village is worth a visit as well. We had a blast exploring County Donegal. If you want tranquillity without being too far from amenities, be sure to book this cottage!
Laura, Arthur and your two beautiful boys were simply a pleasure to host. Left my cottage spotless. I would be more than happy to have this lovely family return. Thank you for your kind words and thank you for the stroopeafels, delicious Property Owner

"Our family had a wonderful week away in December to celebrate my birthday & to catch a glimps of the northern lights (we missed them by 1 night) We had a great restful week in this cozy cottage."
Pauline is a wonderful host at the end of the phone if you need anything at all but not one bit imposing. We had everything we needed as Pauline left a welcome pack for us and even a treat for the children which we really did appreciate after the long drive up from Country Kerry! Everything you need is within walking distance and supermarkets are just a short drive. The restaurant in the hotel is a must! I had tge best chowder ever there. The beach is beautiful as is the walk to it. We will definitely be back!!
Thank you Bethany. It was a pleasure to meet you all and thank you for the lovely clean cottage. Property Owner
