  • "Lovely little house in an equally lovely area, easy to get anywhere within NI."

Very comfy for those evenings when we were needing some quiet. Owners very easy to get along with & happy to help both with the house & local knowledge.

  • "We had an enjoyable stay."

The apartment was comfortable, well maintained and equipped with everything we needed. The position in the country was lovely and quiet but close enough so we could enjoy many trips to the surrounding areas and coast. Carol, our host was always happy with a wonderful smile and ready to help anyway she could. The potato, leek soup and traditional Irish bread was a lovely, delicious surprise. We enjoyed our stay and hope you will too.

  • "Red Robin's Annex was a beautiful place to stay."

Next door to a farm, but with gorgeous views and lovely space for the children to run around in the paddock outside. Carol, the proprietor, was lovely and very welcoming. We found it a lovely base to explore Northern Ireland from. We'd definitely recommend here for anyone wanting to do the same.

  • "For a family looking for somewhere to base themselves for a Belfast weekend this is the perfect spot."

We are a family of 4, kids 7 & 3 years of age, & they loved it here. Place is out in the countryside beside a large farm & has all the sights, sounds, & smells you'd expect, which the kids loved, & there is a large field out front we used to play in, which was lovely. It's so peaceful, and has all you'd need. The single loft room where we all slept was a novelty for the kids & added to the enjoyment. Also had Internet and all the streaming services etc so we were fully covered for the kids needs in this regard. Carol the proprietor was lovely to deal with also. All round a lovely stay, with all you need as a base for Belfast/ Antrim, would recommend & would certainly book again.

  • "We loved staying here the accommodation worked for our family well and was a good price, in a lovely area, we saw some sights with our children then could come back to our accommodation to cook, shower and get the kids ready for bed and all of the appliances worked really well."

Carol the host was lovely if we needed anything she was straight round to talk to us and made us feel really welcome. We would highly recommend red Robin Anex to friends and family and we will definitely be going back.

  • "The red robin cottage was a beautiful stay."

The owner, Carol, made us feel incredibly welcomed. She was hospitable, friendly and kind. The cottage is located deep in the beautiful countryside of Northern Ireland, a short walk away from Aghalee village. The kitchen is fully equipped and even has a washing machine. We would most definitely return :-)

  • "Great property."

Ideally located for a base to visit the locations we wanted to during our trip. Property fitted our needs extremely well. Modern shower room, well appointed kitchen suited our needs perfectly. The Ninja air fryer converted us by its easy use. The private courtyard and private parking area made for a quiet and peaceful time. The host was welcoming but unobtrusive. I'd highly recommend this property and we plan to return.

  • "The property does not have all the cooking vessels and utencils."

We struggled a lot for knife also. Bathroom shower is not working properly. Cottage is good but the facilities could have been better.

Thank you for your feedback, we will of course take this onboard. I am particularly disappointed in the comments you have made regarding the lack of appropriate utensils available, I do not believe this is an accurate representation of my property and given that I live next door and you had my contact information, we would have been more than happy to resolve this issue. In relation to the facilities, we do not have a 'power shower', our shower is ran electrically and we can confirm that the pressure has been checked and is in perfect working condition. As you and your party stayed over the festive period, we tried to make your stay as comfortable as possible with a welcome package and festive decoration. Furthermore, you did not provide any of these suggestions to me directly, as previously stated, I would have been more than happy to provide clarification regarding the shower facilities and to provide the utensils you required. Thank you once again for your feedback. Property Owner
