"It was a beautiful comfortable house."
We came from Dublin as a family get together. A group of 9. We had a really lovely weekend. A very quiet peaceful area. Just what we needed.
-
"We really loved the home, especially the large kitchen and sun room areas."
The outdoor views were fantastic! The home also had an eclectic and personal charm that was quite endearing, and equipped with everything to make our stay most comfortable. Our contact, Rose, was excellent to deal with. We feel fortunate to have found this wonderful place!

"This was a perfect place for us to stay in Galway."
It was extremely clean and comfortable and perfectly located for visiting the area. The views all around were gorgeous and it was extremely quiet and peaceful. It contained everything we needed for a cottage holiday and we would certainly recommend it.

We loved it!
-
"This house was perfect for our group of 4 retired couples."
It was clean, well equipped and well maintained. The house is spacious and roomy and has beautiful mountain views. The garden is also lovely with plenty of sitting areas - if only the weather had been good ! This is one of the best properties we have stayed in in Ireland.

"We love this house but don’t want everyone to know how good it is in case it gets booked out!"
-
"Ben View was a very comfortable and clean house for our group of 7, with plenty of space for everyone."
The kitchen is very well equipped with plenty of crockery to enable us to run the dishwasher efficiently, the beds have comfortable mattresses. The house instantly felt like a true home from home. When we had issues with the electrics caused by a power cut, things were quickly resolved by Michael who lives next door. We are already trying to work out when we can come back!

"This house had the best equipped kitchen ever."
There were so many games, videos, cd's and books that everyone had plenty of choice. The house and beds were really comfortable. The only things that we would mention is that the downstairs bedroom had a musty smell and although the property advertised having WiFi it only worked for the tv which was really not ideal for the teenagers

-
"A fabulous house in a gorgeous Connemara."
House was beautifully decorated and equipped with everything spotlessly clean! Location was central to mountain walks, beaches with short distance to Clifden and of course to Westport. Vincent was very helpful. We would definitely stay there again Mary Raphael and family.

"Had a wonderful stay at Ben View."
The house is so comfortable and so well-stocked with every utensil you could ever need! Lovely base to explore Connemara.

"Ben View full filled all our expectations."
A large garden where children could play outdoor games. Indoors the accommodation was excellent. We loved Tully, and would definitely like to return to Ben View. Richard.

"Excellent stay loved the house very well equipped with everything you could possibly need."
Even rainy days wasn’t a problem as the owner had loads of games.

"Fantastic property in beautiful mature gardens."
Very comfortable and suitable for a large family group. One downstairs en suite bedroom which is perfect for anybody with mobility issues. If you have small children, there are stairgates top and bottom for safety and lots of safe garden for them to play in. The owner has spent a lot of time updating the bathrooms and a lot of the furniture has also been replaced recently which isn't shown in the property photos yet so that was a lovely surprise. The kitchen diner is a real hub and stocked with everything you could need, including a very nice coffee machine. Ample space in the two living rooms allow for some quiet space or group evenings. There are books and games as well as lots of outside seating and a barbecue. Ample parking for several cars. This truly is a home that you are renting, not a sterile, depersonalised corporate space and you feel relaxed from the moment you arrive. The owner is extremely helpful and contacted us prior to our arrival which was a lovely personal touch. We are already planning our return visit to our favourite place.

"Second year we have booked with Hogan's, last year we booked nine cottages as we're getting married in Ireland and this year went back and booked two cottages."
Both times all cottages were of a very high standard and we will be using them next year again when we go back

"House was pleasant with very good facilities both inside and out."
Lovely location, Just outside the village and you could walk to the local shop which provided us with everything we needed for the week. Good base for all that Connemara has to offer.

"We had a wonderful family holiday."
Connemara was beautiful so much to do and see. The house had everything and you need and more would recommend it for family holidays and groups of adults. Lots of space to spread out.

"Fantastic family cottage only downfall with a small child is the stairs, a gate at the top & bottom would have made it so much easier."
There was a problem with a smell of mustiness in the downstairs bedroom but apart from that it had everything needed it is extremely spacious and a really quiet location.
