Just 15 minutes' drive from Rosmuc is Rossaveal Harbour, and from here you can catch a day ferry to the Aran Islands, where you can step back in time and see some of the finest examples of Stone built forts in Europe. Connemara National Park is close by for a great day out, as is the world famous Kylemore Abbey with its breathtaking views and beautiful setting. With guided walking tours, world class golf, horse riding, angling, historic houses and boat trips to enjoy, there is something to please even the most discerning of visitors!
