It was spotlessly clean, warm and had everything you could need. Met the owner on arrival, very nice and helpful, provided advice on local amenities. The cottage is modern and spacious, beds were very comfortable, heating easy to use and showers excellent. Very peaceful setting, safe for children and dogs. An excellent base for visiting the tourist sites of Kerry. Would definitely recommend..

  • "Great location."

Good communication. Good booking system. When we arrived the owner met us, the property was very cold, the owner said it hadn't been used since September. He showed us how to use the heating but it was only programmed to come on for 2 hours so I had to ask him to come back and reset it. Because the property hadn't been used for a few months, it was cold, damp and dusty. The shower in the ensuite had red mold on the tiles. The property didn't have a microwave as advertised. On the first day, the leg of the kitchen table fell off and the shower in the main bathroom wouldn't work. I contacted the owner on the second day and he visited and fixed the leg and felt the shower was working. The shower continued not to work and I contacted the owner again on day 4, this was a bank holiday. The owner came round and agreed it wasn't working but felt getting a plumber would be problematic. Received a text from owner on day 5 to say unable to get plumber but would try for next day. No further response form owner so shower remained unfixed for the duration of the stay. I would like some reimbursement of the rental fee we paid in view of we booked a property to comfortably accommodate 5 adults on holiday. We didn't receive this with sharing one shower and even the ensuite shower would not run at a comfortable temperature after 2 showers so we had to divide shower times between mornings and evenings. It was also problematic not having a microwave when we have a 10 month old baby

Thank you for the feedback. Everything is in working order and the house is exceptionally warm and spotless clean with no damp or mould. Please see previous reviews to get a measured review. Things do break which is unfortunate and every assistance was offered. We do not feel the request for a full refund was realistic Property Owner

  • "Beautiful property in an idyllic location."

This property has a is more than spacious for a family of four yet still has a real cosy feel. Absolutely spotless throughout with everything you could possibly need at hand. Great wifi too, which is crucial when travelling with teenagers. Would not look beyond Daisy's Cottage when visiting Listowel in the future. Hopefully will be available for races in September. Absolutely great value for money

  • "Lovely property, owners left washing powder/ dish washer tablets for first wash which was very helpful/handy."

Comfortable beds. House was very spacious and everything you could want in large kitchen/diner. Very quiet and beautiful country outlook. Horses and cows in fields at front and back were fabulous. Only problem was screen round shower in main bathroom had a gap at the bottom and the floor got soaked when you used shower.

Thank you very much for the positive and constructive feedback. I will attend to the shower door and place rollers ASAP. Property Owner
