"A spacious and well equipped house but some areas needed more attention for cleaning ie floors, window ledges and furniture needed dusting and polishing, quite a lot of cobwebs and dead flies around the rooms!"
! The patio and around the front door needed a tidy and a brush to keep that being brought into the living area? Owners were friendly and helpful and didn't mind our 3 dogs which we groomed every day to limit hairs on floors

"I loved this property so much!"
You can't see in the pictures but it is attached to another house. The rooms were great, the kitchen was massive and it had a lovely view. We sat in front of the massive windows looking at the stars and one night watch8ng a storm. Rosaleen was great, told us how to work everything. She checked in a few times to make sure we didn't need anything. She also made sure we had tea and cake when we arrived which was lovely too. It was close to all the sites we wanted to go to. Only half an hour from Sligo but we mostly went to Carrick-on-Shannon which was also beautiful. Overall it was a great place to stay

"A beautiful property set in the countryside."
The property was clean, bright and airy. All mod cons including 55 inch smart TV, Sky, and WiFi. Thourghly enjoyed our stay there and definitely would visit again.

"The owners were very friendly on arrival and we were pleased with the cottage."
Having said that there were a couple of things that we could not give 5 stars. We had to ask for hot water in the kitchen as we did not use the dishwasher. Also there was no hot water in the wash basin. Also the cottage required a walk over with a duster and hoover.

Very nice and friendly people very remote location in the middle of nowhere pity the local pub had closed down otherwise very quiet you do need a vehicle as there is nothing nearby but nice location

"Nice and clean house with kind and attending owners."
Feels as home. Adding the Eircode to the adress would help finding it easier. We can highly recommend this property.

"This would be a great property for a family or two to share."
The kitchen's spacious and well-stocked and there are beds for six or eight, although there's only one shower for the whole cottage. The hosts are lovely and greeted us with tea and scones. The only downsides are the flaky wi-fi and scads of flies and spiders. It's a pretty country setting ideal for families with little ones.

"We really enjoyed our time at Tulla Villa."
The cottage was very well equipped and comfortable and our stay was made all the better by Eddie and Rosaleen who were very welcoming and helpful without being in any way intrusive. They worked very hard to set up the DVD for us which was much appreciated. The location was very good for exploring the Sligo area and this was helped by the information provided in the cottage.
