Pulathomas is a tiny hamlet, nestled in the north west corner of Co Mayo. The Atlantic ocean cuts deep into Broadhaven Bay at this point creating beautiful scenery and wonderful beaches. The town of Bangor Erris is 11 miles to the south, whilst further west the bustling town of Belmullet beckons. The coast road from Pulathomas winds its way through Glenamoy, Belderrig and Ballycastle. The Ceide Fields, an archaeological site with neolithical landscape and visitor centre is close to Ballycastle. Travel further along the coast to the quaint town of Killala and nearby Enniscrone with its beautiful beach
