  • "We enjoyed staying at are accommodation our host was very help full, As we had are dog with us he knew all of the place’s that dogs were welcomed."

  • "This property was well presented and very clean for arrival."

Tea, coffee milk and sugar available. The annex was basic and had everything we required to use it as a touring base for the south east area. Access was very good for wheelchairs or scooters. Ample parking was available and the site was quiet and safe. The TV was free view with limited access to channels but this did not present a problem as the primary use was that of touring base. Wi fi and phone signals were fine. The owner was available at all times, mainly via whats app with instant responses.

  • "Great base for a holiday in the south east of Ireland."

Small annexe (as listed) but had all the basics for a week stay. A little more storage eg coat hooks/shoe rack near the door would have been useful. Kitchen equipment basic with no oven trays or washing up bowl/drainer. Nice big shower room with a good shower and very comfortable bed. Hot water in the kitchen was limited however and heating needed to be requested to be put on initially but then was on each morning and the owner was happy to be contacted about this. The owner was very friendly and helpful and was next door if needed. Would definitely recommend for a couple with/without a dog.

Takes ages to get hot water for dishes, the price of the cottage you wouldnt think he would not skrimp on boiler use.shower was good and bathroom bonnie. .

  • "We had a lovely welcome for the owner and appreciates his local knowledge."

The cottage was comfortable and we had everything we needed but it was the minimum and no real luxuries. Just a few extra things would make our stay better i.e. hairdryer, scissors, only 3 mugs so always washing up, trays for the oven, more coat hangers and maybe outside table/chairs so we could eat outside (we had some old fabric chairs but no table). If we visited that area again we would stay again.

  • "The owner ( and his gorgeous little dog ) was very welcoming and helped us when we had difficulty with the tv."

He came straight away. He gave us lots of great information of the area of walks, shops etc. The property was very comfortable and spotlessly clean, we had everything we needed for lovely holiday. It is situated in a fabulous spot with open views from the patio door, lovely 5 minute walk along a grass path and down steps to the beach, perfect! It's a beautiful, quiet spot to get away from the humdrum of everyday life. Would love to stay again and can highly recommend to others. If you like peace and quiet, this is the perfect place for you. We had a fantastic week, the weather wasn't too bad and one day we sat outside in the garden in glorious sunshine reading, It was a proper sun trap and perfectly peaceful.

  • "My son and I (and our dog Bobby) stayed at Seachange for a week and had a great holiday."

The house shares the site (called Greenacres) with approximately 25 other well spaced out houses in a rectangle with a large green area in the centre and perfect for your pet dog. Seachange is 4 minutes from the beach along a tidy grass walkway which leads to steps down to the pebble and sand Donaghmore beach. The house was spotless when we arrived and the owner was very friendly and helpful. We would highly recommend a stay at Seachange and we would definitely stay there again.

  • "Neil was an absolute gentleman, he even left tea, coffee sugar and fresh milk in fridge for us."

Cottage was exactly as described, sea was a short walk away via path through field or you could walk via road. Quiet spot, perfect for "recharging your batteries" and winding down, short drive from Cortown and Gorey, and we were totally spoilt and lucky with our weather for our week, so ended up visiting beaches as it was almost too hot to be stuck in a car, although we did make it to The Irish National Heritage Park, they're dog friendly, but dogs not allowed on the outside terrace cafe, which seems strange. The Sunny South East certainly lived up to it's name
