"Location was ideal but we were very disappointed with the level of cleaning particularly the kitchen."
Also the bin outside was almost full on our arrival - would have expected a higher standard. We were asked not to leave food in the cupboards but on arrival there was food already in them. Just felt the house could do with a good cleaning.

"We really enjoyed our stay at South Beach!"
The location of the house was perfect for our needs, with the beach just a 5 minute walk away and the house was very comfortable. Thanks.

"We had a lovely stay in 31 South Beach."
Had to arrive a day late due to work commitments but Bernard the owner kindly offered to let us stay an extra night. He was lovely to deal with.
Thank you for your very positive feedback. I am delighted that you enjoyed your stay and hope that you take the opportunity to return to 31 South Beach in the near future Property Owner
