It was clean and comfortable also well equipped one suggestion a slow cooker would be a benefit in our opinion.
The view from the property is amazing and we would highly recommend it to others and will book again

"We had a very comfortable stay in this lovely, quaint property!"
It's very spacious and the views from the patio area are beautiful. The location is perfect for a stroll to the nearest beach - which was perfect to let our dog run & swim and great for younger children to explore as it's not too big and never busy while we were there.
Lots of lovely places to visit just a short drive away. The owner Lindsey is fantastic with communication and goes above and beyond to help.

"We have had a wonderful week in Yonda, a home-from-home with all we could have asked for and more."
A brilliant base for exploring all that North Devon has to offer!
The house is spacious but homely and so very well-equipped! Everything has been so well thought out to ensure anything you might need is at hand. The views from the front room and garden are spectacular. Lindsey is a great host, communication up to and during our stay was brilliant and we were made to feel so welcome! We would definitely stay here again.

"We had a lovely time."
Very handy for Ilfracombe, which we loved. Easy walking distance to great bars and restaurants. My only issue was finding it! My sat nav kept telling me I had arrived but a for sale sign obscured the road name and the fox picture given as a landmark can't be seen from a car - it is very small! The owners were very helpful beforehand and the neighbours were very friendly. The dogs had a great time too.

"Ultra clean, well-equipped ( even with individual bedside torches), comfortable house with relaxing view."
Conveniently situated close to Ilfracombe and coastal walks.
The patio area is ideal for relaxing.
I would point out that the garden area, whilst tidy and maintained, is not comfortably accessible.

"Yonda is a lovely spacious and comfortable house, with wonderful views."
Everything you would need, provided by the owner , including paddle boards and wind break , Cool box..etc.
Perfect location for visiting nearby beaches , attractions etc .. plus a short walk to Ilfracombe harbour.. lovely to sit and watch the evening sun with fish & chips / ice creams.
A very happy holiday.. would love to return again .. Just wonderful… Thank you Lindsey.

"Lovely place to stay, we met Lindsey the owner who was really helpful - the accommodation was really comfortable with everything you need for a relaxing holiday, parking right outside the property."
Hele beach a few mins walk away so nice to stroll down with our little dog who absolutely loved it! the weather wasnt great but we had the best time, spent lots of time in Ilfracombe which was lovely. Pubs, cafes, shops, and beaches...And nearby Woolacombe , amazing dog friendly beach!!! and Combe martin a sweet place to visit. we ventured all over the place - Clovely, Appledore, Braunton, Croyde, and more ... and each time came back to a lovely home with a beautiful view <3 10/10

"We spent 2 weeks here over Easter and really enjoyed our stay."
Lynsey the owner was very friendly and on the one occasion we needed some help she was there in minutes.
This is a great base for exploring north Devon. The beach at Woolacombe was our favourite place, our dog loved it and the cafe is excellent.
Barnstaple was our favourite for shopping and the Williams Arms at Braunton does a great carvery every day.
We will be back!

"The property was spotless and comfy and after sorting the heating was nice and cosy in a quiet but convenient position for either Hele beach or into Ilfracombe as well as driving either to Woolacombe or Coombe Martin and beyond."

"This is a lovely, cosy holiday home."
It has everything you could possibly need and is in a great location with beautiful views. The sun room off the kitchen is so nice. There are very steep steps up to the house but fortunately for me who has balance issues there is an alternative route down to the road in front of two other homes that is safe and fine to use. We met the owner of the first home who was very friendly. We would happily stay there again.

"Lovely house in a quiet area."
Location was great and within walking distance of Hele Bay and Ilfracombe harbour. Property had all the facilities you need, and owners left some body boards which my kids loved. Would use again.

"Nice quite place to stay in."
Facilities good but felt it could do with a tumble dryer as if the weather is not good difficult to dry any washing. Instructions on disposing of waste could be made better aswell. Otherwise we are thinking of returning next year.
Hi Nick, many thanks for your feedback and kind words. We have since tried to make the instructions on waste disposal a bit simpler for guests. We understand they are quite complex and different to other council areas. Our road is a private road so sometimes the collection staff change the rules so thanks for your efforts with this.We will consider the tumble drier as in wet days it isn't so easy to dry washing in the sun lounge.
