"Absolutely beautiful holiday home, spotlessly clean and lovely homely touches."
The property had everything you need and is very well equipped. Stunning view of the sea from the bedroom. We will definetly return and recommend to others.

"Great location with the bonus of off street parking."
Great outdoor spaces to back and front and big gas bbq none of which we got to use because of weather unfortunately. Pillows hard if you like a soft pliable pillow perhaps take your own. Good kitchen with everything needed. It’s an induction hob which if you’ve never used before is confusing with the special pans. Eventually found all appliance instructions in a green file in the boiler cupboard. Would stay again

"We had a fantastic stay here."
Absolutely lovely property. Close to the heart of Beer for food, drink and the beach area. Clean, comfortable and very well equipped. The only minor issue for us was very weak water pressure in the kitchen sink and no hot water coming through here. There was a dishwasher though. Water pressure in the shower was strong and that’s more important to me! Everything else was perfect and would recommend to anyone.
Hi, Thankyou for choosing our home for your holiday, glad you had a good stay. We arrived after you and fixed the kitchen tap, sorry for the inconvenience. The lime scale had just clogged the filter up. Property Owner

"In was a really nice place."
We enjoyed our stay, the house was well equiped and clean. Also Beer is a very nice village, with beautiful coast and landscape. 2 points that could be improved, the curtains in de bedrooms were not darkening enough for us. And maybe a clearer instruction for de waste separation (maybe for people from the UK it is clear) .

"What a gorgeous property in Beer!"
We’ve never visited before but would love to come back in the Summer. A very well equipped and clean house located as a great base to explore. The village itself is very quaint and beautiful and all the locals were very friendly. We would highly recommend this property and feel very relaxed after our short stay.

About the location
BEER
Seaton 1.5 miles; Lyme Regis 9 miles; Sidmouth 9.5 miles; Exeter 25 miles.
Beer is a small picturesque fishing village on the south Devon coast near Seaton. The shingle beach is very sheltered, backed by limestone cliffs and was once fertile smuggling territory, plus contraband was hidden in nearby caves, which are now a popular tourist attraction. Beer is situated on the stretch of Devon coastline, known as the Jurassic Coast, a designated World Heritage Site, and the village offers sloping streets lined with picturesque stone houses and cottages built on many different levels of the steep valley sides. There are a good range of shops, friendly cafes, restaurants and pubs in Beer, plus just outside the village is the popular Pecorama Gardens, which are perched on the hill overlooking Lyme Bay. Pecorama boasts the Beer Heights Light Railway and indoor model railway exhibition, along with a children's play area. Beer is a unique Devon fishing village and a great place to stay.
